Our 18 year-old thermostat suddenly died on us on the very cold winter day here, and i went to NextDoor app to see any local help. Hamilton's name came up with high recommendation from people in the neighborhood. I called them around 10 am and they said they were going to try to fit me into their schedule that day. Sure they did that. Vernon came around 6 pm and get me the new thermostat and installed it and immediately we got heat again. I honestly called others before i called them, but they were the only one who were willing to try to help us that day. I really really appreciate this company. Not only that, Vernon did a great job to immediately diagnosed the problem, installed the new thermostat neatly, and he also made sure there is no other problem in related to it. Super grateful. I highly recommend this company.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Vernon. My hot water heater went out and I couldn’t get it to reignite- I called Hamilton and was impressed with the same day- literally within 2 hours, Vernon arrived and worked his magic and I’m happy to say I am able to have a hot shower! I really appreciated the honesty and the sense of transparency that Vernon displayed.Eventually, I was made aware that it is coming to the time to replace my old water heater yet he was able to make it work buying me time to prepare for the upcoming expense of a new one.So grateful he took the time to service my tank rather than just giving the standard sales pitch of “Sorry Miss, You must have a new system, followed by pricing options.

My 2 year old gas water heater all of the sudden stopped heating water. I noticed the pilot wasn’t lighting and I couldn’t get it to reignite. I called around to see who can come to take a look at this before Christmas as we have family staying over from out-of-town so it was vital that we get this fixed before then. A few companies couldn’t get us in until the next week but when I called Hamilton Plumbing and spoke to Vernon, he was able to fit me in his schedule the same day! Vernon was professional and schooled me on what was the problem. It was a bad thermal cutoff switch and he ordered the part for me and will be coming back to install it when the part comes in. Vernon was a cool dude…good attitude…loves doing what he does for a living. I highly recommend their services.

They installed a new hot water heater and where prompt and upfront about everything. I also had them come out to snake a drain and they offered to come out on a Saturday. These guys are amazing and keep you in the loop. We’ll be using them again for our plumbing needs

Late in the afternoon before a home inspection I was adjusting the pull-up stopper in a bathroom sink and went to shut off the water underneath. Upon removing all the bathing & cleaning supplies I discovered that both shut-off valves were badly corroded and they were leaking! Luckily, a sister-in-law referred me to Vernon at Hamilton Plumbing, who took the call himself, listened to the problem and told me he’d come by that early evening to take a look. Sure enough he came by, early evening, got under the sink and told me no problem, about an hour’s job tomorrow, but definitely done before the inspection. Well tomorrow really dragged on, but Vernon was absolutely good to his word and finished up about an hour before inspection. Short, short notice, on-the-fly evaluation, and quality, timely work for a fair price. We will definitely be using Vernon and Hamilton Plumbing & Heating again. Highly Recommended!
