Had my hot water heater break suddenly. Sean and his team at Comfort Systems had me back up and running in pretty much 24hrs. Great service at a great price! Will definitely use them again.

The Comfort Team was very efficient, professional and polite. The installers explained every step of the process. There was no mess left in the area they were working or outside. They even replaced my thermostat! After debating for months on who to call, Im glad I choose Comfort Systems!

When it came time to replace the 2 zone HVAC system in my home. Obviously not a cheap date, I invited 5 companies to give me a quote. Was totally put-off by the high pressure tactics I experienced from most of the sales people. Then there was Shawn with Comfort Systems. Having a 100 year old house, nothing is standard, not even a retro-fit. He took the time needed to get eyes on the existing system and evaluate, note and then discuss with me various architectural and/or structural challenges and possible solutions for my home.

There was absolutely zero pressure from him to make a sale right then and there that day. Instead, he suggested he go back to the office and would email me a series of options with pricing to consider. Several days later, we connected by phone to review and discuss the proposals and selected what I believe to be the best suited systems configuration and pricing.

I was pretty sure this was not going to be an "easy" job for the crews, old houses never are. The job definitely took longer than expected, but the crews did an awesome job, highly professional with excellent craftsmanship. As an engineer, I can get pretty wrapped around the axle over craftsmanship. Their work well exceeded my expectations!! That said,

Great company! Comfort Systems synchronized out two complicated furnaces for cost savings and ease of operation. They also performed a Christmas Miracle by fixing our heat over a cold snap with our two shivering children in the home. I work for a large property management company (I think managing about 27,000 units in the mid Atlanic area now). Comfort Systems has done and continues to do replacement and service work for us, and is quite successful at it. most recently, they surveyed a 300+ unit garden apartment project with with individual gate furnaces/AC units. it took several days and was quite valuable to the project. Good contractor.

If you need a new hvac system or repairs to an existing system, these guys are the company to call. You won't find a more honest company who doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. Service with a smile. Always dependable at any time. You can't buy better care and service. All members of my family have had new systems installed by him and I recommend his company to everyone I know.
