We had a leak issue coming from a toilet in our house. We called Len The Plumber as a second opinion. Between Sam taking his time to explain everything and Derrick coming with the camera so we could fully see everything underground it was amazing. Later Jake and Shawn digging up the yard and replacing everything in a very professional manner. Thanks guys, you are appreciated.

Called for a water heater quote on a Sunday after my mother’s tank went up. The technicians were prompt and professional. They assessed situation and gave me a quote of a minimum of 3500.00, possibly more if they had to cut boiler pipes, etc. for doing job 2 days later. Ended up using another company at half the cost, and next day service. Don’t use them until you get at least 1 more quote, verges on price gouging.

Sadan was great. Arrived within a timely matter. Was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and what he would recommend we do next. He was professional and funny at the same time. I never had any bad experiences with Len the plumber. I will keep using their services.

Our HVAC unit was 22+ years old. We wanted our system relocated as well. The salesman, Brian, was informative, honest, and walked me through every step.

We got on the schedule quickly and the crew of Jason, Rich, and Anthony were great. Very professional and hard working. No issues and a very easy company to work with

Professional, yet have the most absurd prices. To cut two small holes in drywall to diagnose ceiling leak was >$700. This is ridiculous. I would understand this price for fixing it but all he did was cut the hole and say oh the leak is coming from there. Did provide options including new shower install but never gave a quote on that despite saying he would.

I am very pleased with the service provided. I had a water pressure valve regulator replaced for the house. The plumber was very polite, informative and friendly and also cared and was careful of my property. The work was done at a very high standard and he cleaned up everything and left it tidy afterwards. Overall, great service and I will definitely use them again.

Ryan and Detrick were warm, friendly, knowledgeable and insightful. They examined the water heater in one of our units and installed a new one on the same day and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Ryan and Detrick!
