I called yesterday to get an appointment and I was able to get an appointment the next day. James, the technician, let me know when he was about 30 minutes away, which was very convenient since I had to take kids to camp.
When he arrived, I explained the issues we were having and showed him where the problems were occurring. He immediately explained to me what was going on and what they needed to do to fix the problems. Before they did any work, he very thoroughly went over all of the charges for the services. When he was done, he made sure I knew everything was fixed. He was very professional and efficient.

John McKinnon replaced my water heater and did an excellent job! They were responsive and I got an appointment the same day. He did all the work the same day even though he didn’t have to since it was already later in the day. Very courteous.

When we called I was expecting the next available to be a few days (if not longer), but we got an appointment for the next day. The team showed up and immediately got to work on our request. We just upgraded our washer and dryer and swapped to electric devices and needed to shut off the old gas line. They went above and beyond what we requested and were professional the whole way through. So impressed I will definitely use the service for any future needs.

Chris Mills was very knowledgeable and helpful in solving our heating problem with our furnace and radiators!!! He was also professional, friendly and comforting to my mom who was crying. The technician, Mr Pope was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining all of the maintenance procedures he performed. He completed all of his work in a professional and competent manner. I am very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them.

Brian was great on the initial device call for sump pump issues. Diagnosed issues and focused on what I needed and suggested items that would likely need attention but not necessary at the moment. Very professional!

Ryan Pennington of Len The Plumber recently replaced a pressure regulating valve for me, and I was very pleased with the service I received. Ryan arrived on time and was extremely professional in his demeanor.

He took the time to explain the process of replacing the valve and ensured that I understood everything along the way.

Ryan tested the new valve and ensured that the water pressure was properly regulated once the replacement was completed. He also made certain that there were no leaks or other problems before leaving.

Overall, I was impressed by Ryan's knowledge and expertise, as well as his commitment to providing excellent customer service. I would strongly suggest him and Len The Plumber to anyone in need of plumbing services.

When I called the company for assistance, they were able to schedule an appointment for the following day, which happened to be a Saturday morning. This was extremely convenient for me because I didn't have to miss work or wait long for service.

My technician Chris was all-around wonderful. He was very professional and knowledgeable and helped guide me to make the best decision for my home/ circumstances. He was very professional, courteous and provided multiple installation options/prices from which to choose. Josh was well credentialed in his field of work. He completed the job in a timely fashion, while delivering a quality product. Scheduling is simple with Len the Plumber, and they communicate well.
