Job from Len the Plumber came out and uninstalled our toilet, pedestal sink, and gas stove to prep for a floor installation we were having done. Excellent quality work, very professional, and informative. We have peace of mind with them.

Not well-versed in plumbing expenses and the repair and replacement work was expensive, however, my sense is that it was a reasonable amount given the severity of the problems as well as the actions undertaken to resolve the problems.

Also, Jerry, the Senior Plumber, was polite, patient, friendly, thorough and seems to have a general desire to be helpful. He was willing to answer our questions and attempted to explain what he was conceiving in terms of how to go about resolving the plumbing issues (old, galvanized piping from the bathtub and kitchen sink drains that was severely clogged and failing). I'm confident he went the extra mile in his work and it is easy to feel assured that the work he did was of a high quality!

Jerry is an excellent ambassador for Len the Plumber! If/when we need plumbing work in the future, I hope he will be available for the assignment. I will definitely ask for him and recommend that you ask for him as well.

Kyle O Brien, was an excellent plumber. I recommend him to anyone that has plumbing issues. He installed a new water heater for me the next day. He answered all my questions excellently well. He is ready to answer questions even after service installations.

Victor was kind but misleading. He arrived at 12:30pm and quoted me $1,183 to replace an ice box connection behind the refrigerator. I was shocked with the price. Thinking more costly repairs require more time my next question/comment was to ask how long would the repair take? I explained that I had to leave at 1:40pm to take my son to baseball. Victor replied that he would need to get the piece and return to install. He said the job would take 4 hours. I said okay and he went and returned with the part at 1:38pm. I left to take my son and returned at 2:20pm and Victor was sitting in his van. I spoke to him and he said the job was already done! My first thought was a $30 part that took 35 minutes to replace should not cost $1,183!

I had a great experience with Mr. Michael. He removed an old garbage disposal, put in a new drain, then installed a new disposal on the other side of the double sink as i desired. He was professional, courteous, clean, timely, knowledgeable, and just good company. As a 4th generation plumber, he was a wealth of knowledge and offered to save me time and money by doing the pre-work for a new dishwasher I plan to install in a few weeks. Im glad to know my plumbing is now up to code. He plans to retire in a few years and he deserves it but it makes me sad because they just don't make them like Mr. Michael anymore.

Our 35+ year old furnace and AC unit died and we reached out the Len the Plumber for a quote. Our comfort tech, Brian, went above and beyond to work with us to get us the best quote on the market. He was extremely accommodating and helped us tremendously. It made it easy for us to make a decision to use Len. We loved the work that both Chris and Randy did for us installing our new units. They both were extremely professional, informative, and thorough. Out of all of the techs that we have come across they gave the best customer service! I would highly recommend Len The Plumber. James Nicholson did a fantastic job with repairing our pipes and clearing our drains. We had a backed up kitchen sink that needed roughly 10ft of pipe, elbows, and junctions replaced because it was clogged solid with about 70 years of grease and debris.

Mr. Nicholson came out on a Saturday and was incredibly professional and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the piping and cleared the remaining piping that didn’t need to be replaced and cleaned up in about 3 hours.

In the same vein as other reviewers, the professional work and responsiveness comes with a pricetag but they get the job done right the first time. 10/10 would call again!!

Andre Thompson came to our home and repaired a leak in our main water supply line coming from the street. He was courteous, professional, and thoroughly engaging as he explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way. I would highly recommend Len The Plumber and seek their service again if I need a plumber.

I was very happy with my service. My tech was John he was super nice, knowledgeable, and on time. John did an excellent job. He was fast and effienct and got the job done. I wish it wasn't as expensive as it was but I feel like I got a good quality product that should last. I do recommend len the plumber heating and air
