I'll never call another company. Service and quick response time is unmatched. I'm a general contractor and wouldn't hire my own team over len the plumber Derrick was amazing. Matt The operator was awesome. Andrew, I want to say site manager was incredible. The other two gentlemen that were on site were also extremely professional and kind. All around 10 out of 10. Everybody involved made the check much easier to sign in the end. No one wants to spend money. As a general contractor, I'm pretty knowledgeable in the field but I was also educated on the process which again make sign in the check a little easier. Everybody involved was as careful as could be to my garden and my 50-year-old Japanese maple.

We had our air conditioner replaced today. Chris and Rhaja were great! They were very polite and professional. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and they replaced our AC unit in under 4 hours! The company sent out a technician same day when we noticed our air not working. His name was Ryan and he was super polite and knowledgeable. John, who we met with to figure out what new air conditioner system to purchase, was also super kind and seemed to have our best interest at heart. All of these guys were wonderful to work with and I cannot recommend Len the Plumber Heating and Air enough. Thank you so much!!

We are thrilled with our new water heater. We called them for an emergency visit due to a bad leak in old water heater and they came within an hour. Sean Miller and Zach arrived and wore shoe covers. They were friendly, efficient, very attentive, professional and left the area clean. Sean has 35 years of experience and did an outstanding job. We are so happy and we highly recommend them. We plan to hire them again. 👍

Repair costs are a little bit on the higher side, however the amount was worth the piece of mind that a good job was done. Joe Allen replaced our dripping faucet and some piping, etc. The way the vanity was built made it very difficult to replace anything and the pipes not in code. Honestly, this was a project we could not do ourselves. The old faucet was also an issue in itself trying to remove it.

Joe Allen was just wonderful to deal with. He was not only professional but just a nice person. I felt very comfortable with him in my house. Also, he arrived when expected (even early - dispatch did ask if that was okay), the first time he arrived. When it was recommended a get a new faucet to fix the issue, as well as replace pipes under the sink which where not in code, I was able to choose the faucet of my liking and was given a choice of different costs up front for the entire project. The new faucet needed to be ordered and thought it would take at least a week, however I got a call within 2 days stating it was in. I made a new appointment for it to be installed, and dispatch kept me informed when Joe would arrive.

The entire experience was top notch and I would use Len the Plumber again. If. you do decide to use their service, I would recommend you ask for Joe. I will be using him again for sure.

Lastly, if you decide not to use their service you have to pay the 49.00 gas fee. Honestly, I know some people found this unfair, but honestly I don't blame them.

We’ve worked with Len the Plumber a couple times in our new home. They’ve been nothing but professional, friendly, and honest. Initially, they replaced our sewer line, and it was done within a few hours. More recently, we needed to replace our water heater, and they were out here the next day. Kyle and Zack were awesome! They were both so kind and put everything in terms we understood. Plus, when we originally called for service, the man who answered offered us a new special which gave us a big discount on our water heater! We’ll continue to call Len the Plumber for any plumbing and heating/air services.

Andre was WONDERFUL!!!!! He had my new faucet,and disposal put in in less than an hour. He showed up early, and did an EXCELLENT job!!! Will always recommend Len to anyone that needs any work done!!! Great price also😊..... Update from today, they came out to check my HVAC system as a bonus with our warranty. Very friendly, and professional. Great company!!!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!! Thanks guys💯💯

Excellent Same-Day Service for Sump Pump Repair!

I had an urgent plumbing issue with my sump pump today and reached out to Len the Plumber for assistance. I was impressed with their immediate response and how quickly they addressed the problem. Dale, the plumber assigned to my repair, arrived promptly at the scheduled time and provided exceptional service.

Dale's professionalism and expertise were top-notch. He quickly diagnosed the sump pump malfunction and clearly explained the issue to me. What impressed me the most was that he presented me with three repair options, allowing me to choose the one that suited my needs and budget best.

The quality of the repair work was outstanding. Dale efficiently fixed the problem, ensuring that my sump pump was in perfect working condition. I appreciated his attention to detail and the fact that he left my property clean and tidy after completing the repair. It was evident that he respected my home.

While the price for the service was slightly higher than I anticipated, I understood that it was an urgent situation and that I was receiving high-quality same-day service. The peace of mind and quick resolution were worth it.

Chris installed new water line connection behind kitchen refrigerator after massive water damage to basement ceiling below. However, he surmised that the refrigerator should not be reconnected to the replacement piping to avoid the risk of further leakage, this eliminating the accessibility of water or ice through the refrigerator. He suggested replacing the refrigerator which he felt was not functional--absolutely untrue. I plugged in refrigerator within three hours after his work was completed and it has run well and without problems since then despite no access to water or ice. I would like my refrigerator to be properly reconnected to the water line that he replaced, as he claimed the prior connection was done incorrectly, leading to the eventual current damage. This refrigerator is six years old, a Samsung French door 28 c.f. appliance costing $2500 after sale discount, not a cheaper model with limited features. I just need the water line connection done properly so that I can get full use of the appliance; highly inconvenient with no water or ice accessibility. This repair involved minimal time (under 30 minutes) to repair, and cost me nearly $600 but not fully providing a complete job performance. Please assist me in correcting this issue.

Suddenly our AC was not working. It was doing this short-cycling thing. We called Len the Plumber and they sent an excellent young man who really knew his stuff! Tyrell Cook: good listener, methodical, professional, knew how to diagnose AND fix the problem. He had the tools and had the part and was able to fix it all on the same visit. Affordable too! We are highly impressed and very grateful. Len the Plumber’s number is now stored in my phone for next time we have any issues. Thank you Tyrell.

Mr. Houston Frey was simply phenomenal. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable about products and diligent with his problem solving skills. He made me feel safe and comfortable because I was panicking and overwhelmed about the situation. He got the job done (installed a new fixture valve, removed water clogged wood underneath kitchen cabinet) gracefully and I couldn’t be more happy. He definitely went above and beyond and I am so grateful. And he cleaned up his work space which is so fantastic to me. Really, I have to say, because of him and his work ethic, I decided to become a member. I would 100% recommend. He was truly a delight. Thank you, Houston. You are appreciated!
