Houston Frey and Len the Plumber were great as always, honest, up front, professional and went the extra steps to make sure we were all taken care of when our water heater suddenly leaked and needed replacement just days before a wedding was being held on our residence. Will continue to recommend Len the Plumber!

My technicians Kyle and Will were amazing as they went above and beyond to compensate for the lack of communication that occurred with with customer service and dispatch. I would use their services again however I wish I could just reach out to the technicians directly and bypass their customer service/ dispatch service. The technicians received five stars however I would give 0 stars to the company itself for poor communication. My technicians were pleasant, focused and efficient.

“LONG POST” We’ve been using this service since we first purchased our home in 2004. Our now 24 year old son &homnow 15 year old daughter KEPT this place busy. I don’t know how many toy cars, or doll shoes and legos they removed from our systems. Our late cat also put his toys in the toilet. They’ve always been professional, reassuring, prompt, a great teacher, and have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to ensure everything in our home is working properly and is replaced on the spot if needed. They never overcharge nor do they try to force you to get extra work done that you didn’t ask for. They’re very honest and affordable. My husband hasn’t used ANY other services but Len since 2004. He tells EVERYONE about Len. A few years ago we had an emergency with our pipes and it was the middle of the night. They knew I’d just had our daughter and they came out to our home as the sun was rising. They were very apologetic about our situation and they had smiles on their faces despite coming to work on our home. They took their time and answered every question and calmed every concern. They have many deals and discounts and NONE of their equipment is old nor expired nor cheap. Our toilets were changed 2 / 4 years ago and they’re STILL holding up. I have a plumbing issue right now and they’re actually at my home taking care of it now. We’re waiting on his partner to come at 1:30 but the young man that’s in my home now is AMAZING. No matter who they send it ALWAYS feels like a concerned family member coming to save the day. I recommend Len to EVERYONE I can. They’re AMAZING. I thank you guys for ALWAYS showing up and showing out. We’ve NEVER had a problem or complaint. Keep up the AMAZING work guys.

Old water heater was leaking. Damaged the floor and was actually falling through the floor! Victor examined the situation, removed the old tank, and after I had the floor replaced, he installed the new water heater. Victor was courteous and explained everything as he went along. And then he cleaned up afterward. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Len The Plumber! Ask for Victor!!

John Frazier was the most awesome technician and was incredibly professional and helpful. He took the time to explain what was going on with our central ac and how to fix it. He was kind and very knowledgeable - a fantastic resource. Because of John we are now members of Len the Plumber Heating and Cooling and are so happy with his service. Thank you, John!!!

Great experience with Len the Plumber. Zach, my technician, quickly diagnosed the issue with the ac condenser and got it back running. I also greatly appreciate him for taking the time to talk with me and teach me how my AC system works. As a new home owner, the information was invaluable.

John Flanary and Richard Bowen installed my AC today. They were polite, efficient, and very professional. My AC was in the attic and they had no difficulty accessing and replacing my brand new system. John kindly showed me how to operate my thermostat. He was so helpful. John's and Richard's performance was outstanding! I highly recommend Len The Plumber!

My service guy, Zach H. had to be the best of 'em. He could of stayed for dinner, I wouldn't a cared. He was sooo smart, really knowledgeable about what was going on with my system and knew exactly how to repair it. Made diagnosing the problem so interesting to talk about. Len the Plumber, this one's a true Keeper. I'm very happy with the service provided. Many thanks ti Zach for his knowledge and help with this.

Bryan was super helpful and really did a great job. As first time homeowners who no nothing about plumbing Bryan explained what needed to be done and was really honest with us. Our piping and hot water heater look great and are better then ever. We really appreciate the work we got from Len the Plumber on such short notice.

Samuel and an assistant came out to my home to resolve a plumbing issue. There was a horrible smell invading my home. We had another company come out and the technician was very incompetent needless to say he didn’t find the problem. When Sam arrived he was very professional he introduced his helper, covered his shoes and got to work. He immediately located the problem gave me my options and his professional suggestions and allowed my husband and I to decide. He saved my summer vacation. REALLY! Awesome job! Will never call another company.
