Called while at work about a leak coming from my toilet pipe. They were able to schedule the same day from 5-8pm. I was able to be present after work. Matthew came on time and got right to work. He saw the issue and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to replace the faulty part with a new one and there is no more leak. He even gave me helpful advice to not use the toilet for a couple days to allow the wood under my toilet and the caulk around the bottom of the toilet to dry. I’ll check in a couple days if the issue is still present but he assured me that they would come back if there was. Thanks for the quick fix!

Was a pleasure to deal with. Dylan worked super hard on what should have been an easy job that turned into a three day job. Continuously kept us updated and never once seemed frustrated — though I’m sure he was on the inside.

We used Len the plumber for a hose bib replacement. Jerry our plumber was very nice and professional. He provided answers for all my questions not only for the job I called to help with but addition projects. I would recommend him for any job.

The sump pump broke and my basement flooded. Shawn came and replaced it. He also replaced the pipe that brings water into the house as it was leaking. Shawn is very nice, friendly,courteous and efficient. He explained everything about the repairs to my satisfaction. Very positive experience with Shawn and Len The Plumber.

Len the Plumber recently replaced my old HVAC system. I want to thank Jason and Anthony for a job well done. They were professional, polite and hardworking. They managed some complicating issues due to the installation of my old system with no problem. They explained my new system and answered all my questions and left the work area clean and tidy. They are good representatives of the company..

Jerry Ashby was awesome. I'm a new homeowner so just wanted to have various things checked up on that concerned me and to fix a running toilet. He got everything taken care and made it quick and easy. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of having Zach come to our home and help us fix the AC unit in the same service. We had an AC unit with a busted compressor and low refrigerant level. We had previously called AirTron but they gave us estimates in thousands so we decided to call Len based on the reviews. Zach came the next day and explained what was wrong and helped us fix the issue and now we have perfectly running AC unit. His professionalism and honesty helped me make this decision to trust Len team for future needs.

Jesse came out within about two hours of call on a Sunday. He was as friendly and personable as he was good - and he was good. Identified and fixed problem that led to flooding in bathroom and basement. Explained all to me and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Would gladly work with him again.

Josue worked with us to cut and install a new drain pan for our washing machine. He was so friendly and professional when he came, and was very honest with us about the work that needed to be done. He worked with us to schedule a follow up appointment that we needed to finish the job and made sure we understood everything and didn't have any questions before he left. I definitely plan to work with Len the Plumber again and plan to request Josue personally!!
