From start to finish, they did an outstanding job installing my new ductless system. I only wish I had this unit installed years ago. Jon came out to view the room I wanted to cool and heat and though I thought I needed a larger and more expensive unit, he said the model I had originally picked would be overkill and he recommended a smaller unit. He was so right and this alone saved me hundreds of dollars. And then when they came to install the unit, it went like clockwork and the unit not only looks great - but it’s been working without fail for years. I don’t think I could have found a more honest and professional company to install my unit!

My tenants were freezing. The heater was blowing cold air and they came out same day and repaired quickly and efficiently. I’ve rarely had such wonderful and respectful service from any company for anything. I owe them a debt of gratitude. And will call them back anytime I need HVAC repairs.

Jon showed up ready to work. From the time in the door to the time his crew left I was completely impressed. Everything I asked for they were able to do running new flex line in the attic, and it has never looked better. There is finally space to make it usable. He even took the time to level my air handler while clearing drains and tuning up the machine. The best part is the extremely reasonable pricing with zero hidden fees, my quote was my price and I couldn't be happier. I don't usually care to write reviews but people need to know about this hidden gem of a business, I'll use Jon for any future HVAC needs without question.

Jon was fantastic. Professional, personable, and knowledgeable. My husband and I live in a Baltimore City townhome from the 1850’s. Jon was able to install a new HVAC system with ducting despite the complex layout of the house. The system is up and running and works wonderfully.
During his work, it was discovered that we had a clogged chimney. Jon promptly called in a chimney expert who dropped a liner and fixed a potentially fatal problem.

I would hire Cozy Heating and Cooling again and hope you do as well!

A+ for being very honest. This past winter my heat stopped working. I had another company come out and was told I needed a new heat pump because it couldn’t be fixed. Cozy came out to give me an estimate because I was shopping around and The guy was very professional and seemed to be concerned why my system needed replaced since it was only 10 years old. He did a little investigating and fixed my system within 10 minutes of being here. Crazy since I was just told by the other company it was bad. He did give me an estimate which by the way they were extremely less expensive. But hopefully I won’t need it for a while since it’s been running good for the last 2 months. it’s still good to know where to get it from though.

I’ve been having problems with my AC for quite some time now. I had a different company come and it seems like they had just made the issue worst. After that I called Cozy Air and Jon came in. He was extremely helpful and checked the unit. In 15 minutes tops he had a solution. My AC works perfectly fine now and I’m greatly satisfied with Cozy AC. Definitely go with them if you’re looking to fix or replace your AC!

Man I don’t normally write reviews but after the service I received from this company I felt compelled to let the world know.
They were honest , on time , left my house job site clean and best of all respectful of our home.
Hopefully I won’t need them too often now since I have the state of the art heat/ac but if I do or a friend needs a repair this is my go to Company!
