My home lost heat in January. I called a large HVAC company to take a look and got a quote with 24 to 48 hr lead time. The second company was a no show. Cozy answered the phone right away and was able to give me a rough estimate. The tech was at my house with the parts in hand in a few hours, fixing the issue. Not only did they beat the large company by more than 50% of the cost but they fixed it in a day. I highly recommend and will use again if needed.

Heat went out in my office so time was of the essence to have repaired. Cozy Heating & Cooling came out quickly & fixed the issue with our system. Our unit is located in the rafters of our office (photo attached) so not easily accessible so appreciated they extra effort needed for the repair. Additionally, Perry was knowledgeable & professional. I found them trustworthy & reasonable in price. I would not hesitate to use them again for my commercial properties or with my residential needs.

It is literally Christmas Eve. I wake up, no heat during one of the most vicious cold snaps in recent memory. I called Cozy, fully expecting I was going to have to either pay an arm and a leg for emergency, Christmas-Eve repair, or spend the holiday shivering in the corner like an orphan in a Dickens novel.

Instead, I got immediate help over the phone that solved the problem! Jon Blasy answered my call, had me text photos of my unit, and walked me through, step-by-step, on a temporary solution to get my heat up and running through the holidays.

When I asked about whether or not I needed an immediate professional repair, Jon said that I'd be fine til Monday and scheduling an appointment rather than emergency services would save me a good chunk of change.

Turns out, Jon is the owner! I can personally attest that he operates his business hands-on and with integrity and kindness! Couldn't recommend Cozy enough. They're living up to their name by keeping me, my roommate, and my cat cozy through the holiday.

Cozy installed a mini-split heat pump for me. I was extremely happy with their work. They charged a fair price, showed up when they said they would, installed the unit without incident and cleaned up after themselves. They were also very friendly and courteous. I am a completely satisfied customer.

Had the pleasure of working with Cozy after my previous “Large Company” hvac service provider wanted to replace the entire unit. John and his team came in and did the fix for fractions of what a new unit would cost. Professional, strait forward service that wants to earn your business for the future, not sell you something you don’t need. Highly recommend them!

I rarely write reviews, but I believe Cozy Heating & Cooling deserves some recognition for the excellent response time, communication, pricing, expectations, and overall service. Second, it was a tough decision to know who to call for my furnace not turning on because there are 20+ companies in the Baltimore area with 4.5+ star reviews. I turned to my neighborhood FB page to seek out a HVAC company others were recommending. I felt confident in using a company who multiple people recommended. The first company's diagnostic rate was standard, communication was good, and they came to diagnosis the next day. However, the company didn't call the same day with the part and pricing for install. I had to call the next morning to then find out the inducer part and service would be $939. Based on supplier pricing, national averages, HVAC labor rates, etc., the price seemed highly inflated. I called a couple well-known commercial/residential HVAC companies to have a better idea of part price to help determine why the cost was so high. I chose not to use one of those companies because the diagnostic charge, first 1/2 hr, and each additional hour would be to expensive when the issue was already diagnosed. I needed a company open to replacing the already diagnosed problem. I returned to Google to search out HVAC companies. Again, so so many. I purposefully chose Cozy Heating & Cooling because the reviews were specific to service, time, and price. Which sounded fast and honest.

I was very happy about my choice. Jon, the owner was super responsive and great at communicating via text. He quoted the job for the replacement of the inducer motor at $599. He noted additional costs would be incurred if other parts were needed. Understandable. Great. Jon had my part picked up and a tech out to my home in hours. The tech was very nice, friendly, and professional. And, as suspected, it took no time at all to have my furnace running again. The savings was certainly a differentiator, but the cost made it feel like the company was being honest and fair, not price gouging. I highly recommend Cozy Corner and Jon for your HVAC needs.

Jon Blasy and his company did amazing work installing a mini split ductless system in our 1924 home that previously didn't have any AC. We highly recommend Cozy Heating and Cooling and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation! We had our system installed over Memorial Day weekend 2022. Jon and his crew were personable, kind, super efficient, and went above and beyond making sure that our cats didn't escape, taking extra care to close doors behind them. We are so happy that we went with Cozy and have been loving our new system! It works so well, quietly, efficiently, and we have been staying cool. You will be so happy you chose Cozy!

I called with an emergency, my heat wouldn’t come on and my house was literally freezing inside. Out of the many that called me back, oh and it was Christmas Eve, Cozy was truly willing to help. Because of that they will get my business from now on and anyone I know. Im glad to see there are still companies out there that genuinely want to make the customer happy.

I would recommend them highly! I first called them due to my original a/c system was on its way out. We were trying to nurse it along to last through this summer. Their tech Perry came out 3 times in one month....once on his way home after 6pm! Gave us ideas to try to extend the life of the unit. It finally died last Thursday. Called Jonathan in the afternoon, he worked up a quote within a few hours, he ordered the new unit and it was installed first thing this morning! They are friendly, extremely accessible and honest. They were here when they said they'd be, Monty and Josh were great! This is the company to call for HVAC services.

We got a referral on a neighborhood app, when looking for someone to fix our central air unit. Within 30 minutes after our call the gentleman came immediately, was very professional, polite and had it diagnosed and had it fixed immediately. Affordable prices and fast service.
