Cozy heating and cooling were awesome. I called on a Monday left a message and their response was fast and efficient. They were out the next day which was so great considering the high demand this time of year. Thanks to Perry the technician I now have heat and it didn’t break me lol. Thank you Jon for your professionalism and effort in making sure the job was completed. You won’t regret it, give them a call!!!!

My heat wasn't working properly in the middle of winter when the temperature was below freezing. I called Cozy and they were at my house within hours with a solution. My heat was working again the next day. It's so hard to find great contractors that don't want to just take your money, especially as a female homeowner, but Cozy was exceptional and Perry explained everything in detail. I will definitely be using this company in the future. Thank you!

These guys did a great job installing a new heat pump and central a/c system. They were clean, knowledgeable, professional, and were better priced than other contractors. I highly recommend their services.

Jon was great! He quickly responded to a Friday afternoon call and was able to get me going the same day. He offered to work with the AC manufacturer to get a part replaced under warranty. He explained the pricing before any work was done and in the end there were no hidden fees or add-ons. I appreciate that he walked me through the issue and took the time to explain along the way. Definitely recommend!

My thermostat was not working properly and called COZY. Perry came out in about 2 hours after I called and looked at the thermostat. He could not fix the issue then looked at the furnace. He quickly figured out it was a flame sensor issue and fixed it within a few minutes. It has been a month and no issues since. I will use them again if needed. Steve from 21228

My AC unit died in the middle of a 95+ degree week while I was stuck at home on telework... needless to say I was suffering. Cozy Heating and Cooling were the only company that could come out not only that same day, but they were the only ones with availability in the upcoming week!

Perry was prompt and professional, quickly diagnosing the issue and ordering the requisite parts. He did a great install and took the time to explain everything to me along the way. He also went above and beyond and came BACK the same afternoon to troubleshoot my Nest thermostat when it wasn't connecting the AC units power supply.

They did an amazing job and really came to our rescue. Can't recommend them enough!

They gave their 300% from moment one. Everything was done professionally, Jon always informed me of the steps and who was coming to the house to do the stuff, they worked hard until everything was perfectly working, they left everything cleaned afterwards. They even gave an advice about my water heating. Im glad I was referred to them, I really encourage to pick them for any service.

These guys are great! The ductless unit I have needed a repair, that they were able to do on the spot, to get it through the winter. Fortunately for me the repair was the result a manufacture defect! I was sent a whole new unit which Jon just finished installing. He worked hard, had no hidden haggling prices, and was very professional. Most importantly the unit works great and looks amazing. I highly recommend them if you want to be able to have someone work for you where you know the people!

Called in the evening for heat being completely out and they were willing to send someone out right away. Had the whole thing fixed in one visit (with a run out for the part). Perry was great at explaining everything, personable, and even gave me some free hot water heater advice :) it was more expensive for the service call fee than a company that I had come out last year for a similar issue, but that company never fully resolved this issue even after 3 visits so, can’t complain! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Jon and his crew installed a brand new system in my home. They arrived on time and had everything up and running in no time. Jon took his time explaining what kind of system I should purchase and how everything works. I will always use this company for my home heating/cooling system needs.
