Called Cozy based on a Google search when my usual go to had a very long Lead time. Additionally I knew I needed a hard to find coolant which my go to no longer had. Cozy not only had it, but at a reasonable price without charging an arm and a leg based on supply and demand. They came out next day, were extremely thorough, explained everything very well outlining all options and were so incredibly helpful to find the best solution. Extremely happy with them and they will now become my new go to. Both Jon and the tech were a pleasure to work with.

I needed a brand new dryer vent installed. The technician removed the old duct work, installed the new, and then cleaned everything up. Then walked me through everything to make sure it all looked good. He even noticed a few issues with the HVAC system from a previous AC install, by a different company, and fixed them (for free) so it'd would operate more efficiently. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing reliable and honest HVAC work.

The team at Cozy Heating were very knowledgeable about their products and great to work with; everyone was very polite and friendly. They replaced an oil boiler furnace with a gas boiler furnace and also removed the oil tank. When finished, they left our basement free of all debris - the whole area was cleaned up nicely. We had 3 estimates done, including BGE Home and Carroll Fuels, and Cozy came in about 1/3 less with the price; however, we had already discussed using their services before we received their quote.
I strongly recommend this locally based business to take care of your heating and cooling needs.

If anyone has any HVAC needs I highly recommend Cozy Heating and Cooling, LLC. They were referred to me by a friend and my brother. Once we connected, they were here in 24hrs. Very professional, knowledge, and reasonably priced! Last night we finally slept comfortably.

I have never had a contractor that was so responsive, promp and honest. Not only did Jon and his partner work incredibly hard to get the job done, but their prices were great, too. Jon even helped with a couple of minor things around the house. I would totally recommend Cozy. They were wonderful!

Ty Klein at Cozy Heating & Cooling is a true professional. He was able to identify a unique issue, create a custom solution and fix a problem with our duct work that saved us a ton of money. I highly recommend using Cozy for any HVAC, heating or cooling needs!

We had used cozy heating and air-conditioning for our primary residence and when we had an issue with our beach house we knew exactly who to call.
Jon came out and spent a good amount of time going through our system as well as our home and all the returns.

Jon then went home with the measurements and sent us a detailed plan on how to fix our issues.

He suggested we convert a single zone propane system into a duel fuel propane/heat pump system with zoning. He also suggested that we relocate the return on the stairwell wall into the ceiling in order to dehumidify the loft area better and added the supply in our loft area that was Adjacent to three bedrooms. These bedrooms and loft are on our second level.
Jon and his crew worked diligently during the whole demolition of our original systems and install of the new equipment plus some ductwork that was needed. Jon is friendly, knowledgeable, and treats your home with respect making sure dust & trash are picked up and removed to lessen the impact on our day to day lives.
Please do yourself a favor and give cozy heating and cooling a call. They may not be the largest company in the area but it is one of the few companies that I have found lately that actually listens to your concerns and addresses them in a non-technical manner so that you can completely understand not only what the problem was, but clearly understand what the resolution will be in fixing it. I had a full new HVAC system installed recently and it works great! They responded quick and kept in touch any time I needed. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and explained everything I needed.
Overall made an installation I was kind of dreading into a pretty quick and easy process.
