Jon was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive when we messaged him due to our HVAC system not producing heat on the first cold day of the season. After contacting him later in the evening, he came to our house the following day to check out the system. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem in only about an hour. I would highly recommend using them for any of your HVAC needs.

Cozy Heating and cooling installed a gas hot water furnace in my home. 30 year old Heat pump died on Monday. They came out same day to take a look. I got sent several options and they walked me through each one, let me know cost of each, and timeline for each option. Replaced the whole system and some ductwork that Sunday and took just over half a day. The house is old and the previous unit had some unusual install decisions made but they made everything work exactly for the quoted price. Warranty on the unit and on the labor. Everyone was very professional and gave me a quick walkthrough of everything they did, and maintence recommendations.

I called because my heat was not working this morning and it was 60 degrees in my house. They came same day and during the time they said they would. Also fixed the problem. It’s hard to get good service these days so I really appreciated it!!!!

Perry and John were a pleasure to work with; they provided us with great service that was affordable! I called at 3:15 and by 4:30 someone was at the house diagnosing the problem. If we have anymore needs in the future I will be calling them!
