Highly recommend Amazing for all of HVAC needs! We had no cool air in the home so they sent someone immediately! We needed a new unit because the existing unit was 14 years old. The sales representative came to the house and explained everything that was going to happen with the new installation! Within the week, the installation was finished and we are cool and happy!
Joey, Devin and Charlie were polite and friendly. They made sure are that the floors were covered, the furniture was safely moved and put back in place, cleaned up everything when finished. Truly and AMAZING group of gentleman!

Outstanding customer service and value. The tech was able to make it out within 24hrs and identified the problem with 10 minutes. He didn’t try to sell me anything, just a small part to get my system up and running. Honesty is hard to find theses days but he was as straightforward and transparent as possible. I will be using them again in the future.

Amazing Heat and AC came right out on a Saturday. I was very grateful, my HVAC lost all air flow despite a solid condenser.

The Repair Tech was professional and did a solid job. A 6 inch piece had failed, no bigger than my cell phone.

He had it readily available on the truck, 15-20 minutes later, swapped, installed.

Amazing did a great job - good service and competitive pricing.

In May, Amazing replaced our HVAC system. The whole process, from getting quotes to a quick fix that was needed after install, was fantastic. The office staff answered all calls promptly, pleasantly (which after being on the phone with several companies was much appreciated) and were really helpful.
The time between getting a quote and installation day was about a week. We were given a rundown of what to expect day of and it went just that way. Joey, Tony & Devin were on time (really just about 15 minutes early) and went right to work. They were respectful of our property the whole time even making sure the gates, which keep the dog in, were locked at the end of the day. They answered any and all questions with patience and clarity. And possibly most telling of all, my dog liked them all!
It was a pleasure working with them and I intend to call on them when it's time to take care of the water heater.

Greatly appreciate Ryan’s professionalism and expertise. He got right to work evaluating the situation!! He reviewed everything with me and ruled out any other potential problems. Would welcome him back anytime and definitely call Amazing for any future needs.

From the sales rep to the installation of the HVAC system everything was performed quickly and professionally. Joey and Devin (the A Team) were very polite and professional. They finished the install faster then expected and left the area cleaner than they found it. Scott Joyner the sales rep was very pleasant and informative. In the 3 companies I received quotes from Amazing Heating and Air conditioning came out front of the others. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Tony and Charlie came to replace my whole HVAC system and they did an amazing job. They began the work timely, explained what was going on step by step and finished ahead of what I thought would be an all day job. Did I mention I got a great price for the system. The service tech from Amazing, Ryan Edwards, was great. He was kind and professional and presented us with several options to choose from including repair or getting a quote for replacement. There was no high pressure pitch, which I greatly appreciated.

Like a mechanic it’s difficult to trust who is the best and who is giving you accurate, effective and quality service at the right price. I never had to worry about that with these guys. I was treated with respect and like family. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!
