My heat pump was working ok prior to service. Tech comes, tinkers around with the system for over 2 hours, tells me there is $3,500 worth of work that needs to be done, leaves, and now suddenly the air handler fan is not working at all. Amazing HVAC? More like Rip-off HVAC.

Tech was on time and made a quick, accurate assessment of what needed to be done. Was able to complete the the job in one visit.

The Team who came to do maintenance on our 2 furnaces this week were Tony and Jerret. Both of these men were knowledgeable,
thorough in their work, and communicated well with us about
existent problems and options for resolving them. We have
a Spring/Fall service contract with the company and look
forward to this particular team working for us in the future.

We chose Amazing after getting several Diamond contractor quotes to install ductless splits in our rowhome. These guys were great from start to finish. The installers were super professional and did a great job.

My System had just decided it didn't want to turn off. It had reached a temp of 95 degrees in here and I was sweating bullets. Tony was able to correct the problem. I had decided to allow Alexa access to my system. It was fixed in no time. i should have know as a retired Computer repair person. Turn it off and turn it back on. Still was so happy with the work Joined the Comfort Club just incase something like this ( Me ) happens again. Thanks Tony Clifton.... Go Chiefs!

Our technician Tony was absolutely Amazing. He was prompt, diagnosed and repaired the problem promptly and was very professional. I will never call another company for HVAC service and repair. Thanks Tony and thanks Amazing !!

I am a tenant and my heating/ cooling units were having issues. It seemed like no one would find a solution to the problem. Zak Manning came in with solutions in mind! He was very thorough, friendly, patient, and professional. I asked many questions and Zak explained everything. Zak is an amazing technician! 10/10 definitely recommend! Oil furnace stopped working, called Amazing Heating & Air. They came out the same day. Couldn't fix right then had to order parts. Serviceman Tony explained problem and what was going to be done to fix it. Gave me a quote and also informed me of ways to reduce this cost by joining service plan. He explained the benifits but put no pressure on me to sign up. When parts arrived I was contacted by Amazing to schedule a time for them to come out and fix my furnace. With text and emails and phone calls I felt like they paying me a lot of attention which is important when you are having troubles, you don't want to be forgotten. Service was outstanding, prices decent, work was done in a timely manner with outstanding quality to detail. I would recommend and use Amazing again!

This company has great customer service. I needed something looked at on the weekend and they came out instantly to repair it. I also needed extra information after getting my unit look at and the manager responded immediately to help correct my issue. Thank you all for all your help with my hvac unit.
