Customer Service was amazing! They arrived within 20 minutes of my call. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and made the necessary repair. They were very professional and courteous. The work was completed and house cooling down while they checked for other maintenance issues. I appreciated the follow up to see if the house was indeed cooling off before they left - even though the hour was getting late. They were knowledgeable about home warranties and equipment warranties. They even helped with filing the claim on the spot. I cannot say enough how impressed I was with the service received. We will be using them on a regular maintenance schedule and for future needs.

I 100% recommend Parish Cooling and Heating! Jen and Johnny are the best, and so friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to ensure I had a new working furnace and coil by the end of the day, despite some setbacks (not on them) and having to work in the sweltering attic. Their prices are actually reasonable too! I didn't feel taken advantage of at all, which is refreshing. I'll definitely be calling them again with any HVAC needs.
