Jennifer, Drew, and Courtney did a phenomenal job installing our new HVAC system replacement. They came out initially, gave me an estimate, but on top of that put some freon in our old unit(which was original to the house, had freon leaks and was installed incorrectly) so we wouldn't have to suffer in the heat over the weekend until they could into this Tuesday. I had a tech from a different company just trying to sell a high dollar replacement to me the night before and he refused to put freon in my unit stating it was all or nothing(Tim's A/C).
These wonderful people showed up earlier than the time the quoted originally too! The whole time they were so kind and caring, they spent all day in the attic taking care of the install. My home is now nice and cool, with my new smart thermostat as well! This unit will help me save a lot more money than my old one too as it's a higher SEER rating. I'm so glad of all the companies I spoke with for a quote, the fine folks at Parish Cooling and Heating came through for my wife and I with flying colors. Big shout out to Eric as well at the office for being readily available and helping me understand all the pricing. I HIGHLY recommend this crew as they did an outstanding job. Thanks again y'all!

I called Parish Cooling & Heating June 22 to get an estimate on replacing our central unit. Jennifer came out that day and gave me a quote. They were able to beat the 2 other estimates I got by a quite a bit. I expected it to be replaced the following week. I called the office and Erica got us approved for financing and scheduled for install June 23(the next day) within 5 or so mins. Jennifer and Kourtney came and installed our new unit. They were both super nice and very professional. Thank y'all so much for getting us back up and running. Highly recommend Parish Cooling & Heating.

Air conditioner motor went out during the night with a newborn at home. Parish was the only business that answered our phone call after hours and sent Jennifer to repair our unit within an hour of calling. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the problem we had with our unit and the price was reasonable, even for an after hours call. Highly recommended. I won’t be using anyone else.

Parish cooling & heating is nothing less than professional and passionate in the work they do. They truly made our what was to be “dreadful” experience, easygoing and surprisingly exciting. Jen, Kourtney, and Johnny had come out to our house to install our new unit on time and in a very timely manner. Even after a long hot day, Jen went out of her way to help clean up any mess that had been made. They were all very helpful, and friendly, I felt like I have known them for years by the time they were done with the job. We are also thankful for Erica, for being able to work around our schedule and make sure that our unit was placed in our home as soon as they were able to. Thank you Parish for doing an outstanding job and making our home comfortable again. I recommend Parish to anyone looking to replace/buy a new unit or any of your A/C needs.

While I haven’t dealt with Parish personally, I just heard a really nice story from some family. They are 2 days back home after having a newborn and they noticed their outside unit wasn’t performing very well and making a terrible noise.

They were able to get a different company to come look at it in the afternoon. I was present for this and while the guy was nice, he looked like he had “had a day”. Was there a while - charged a good bit - and later that evening the unit went out. It was nighttime, it was 80 degrees in the home and my brother got in touch with Parish.

At 5am, Jennifer went out and actually fixed the issue. My brother said she was fantastic and even has a photo of her smiling with the unit after the job was done.

They were incredibly grateful - and I am as well! So thank you Parish for doing that for my family and their newborn!

The team at Parish were great. We experienced an AC issue upon returning from vacation. They received our call and were extremely responsive. They were able to get our AC issue resolved quickly and got our house back cooling.

Our dryer vent runs through the attic and out of a vent on the roof. Parish Cooling explained what and how the cleaning process would be. They were thorough, courteous, and professional. You receive a notification when tech is in route and they did arrive at promised time. Now, I do not have to worry about a lint fire. I would highly recommend their services.

Ms. Jen came out to my home. When 2 other companies had already came over. She was the only person that got under my home to look at everything. When she seen what the problem was she immediately fix it. While the others just wanted to have me spend more money on a new unit. The knowledge this woman has is amazing. She is not afraid to work! There is literally nothing bad to say about Parish Cooling and Heating! From their quick response time, knowledgeable staff, and reasonable price! We will definitely be using them in the future!

Jennifer was amazing! Was here way before quoted time and didn’t waste time going to work! Addressed all of our concerns and was very professional. Price was a plus also. Was thinking it would be 200/300 bucks more than what we paid. Would definitely recommend!
