Our A/C was out due to a critical failure. We originally tried doing through insurance, and they said it was a 8 day wait for one to be sent to the mortgage company’s original service provider that is 24/7 but didn’t answer outside calls that weren’t so calling the service provider was no help at all. We had a new A/C installed the next day after Parish gave a quote, they waived the service call fee and came at exactly the time we requested. Instillation took less than an hour.
