Very happy with my Parish Cooling and Heating experience. It was easy to schedule my service call and they were at my house within an hour or two of scheduling. Drew and Jennifer were extremely professional, knowledgeable and great to work with! Will certainly use them again.

Jen was an actual lifesaver! When our air conditioning went out at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon we were in trouble. I’m 7 months pregnant, we have two kids and three pets and couldn’t wait until Monday to have cool air in our house. Jen calmed me down, made me feel comfortable, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. I am forever thankful for her kindness and compassion and will be recommending her to everyone that I know.

They were next door for after hour call and I asked them if they could check my granddaughter’s unit next door. Johnny did and was very quick to fix it. It was our first time but won’t be our last. Hopefully we don’t have problems again, but if we do we will be sure to call.

Called Parish in the morning, got a call when they were heading this way and got my A/C back up and running by 5! For a very reasonable price Jennifer responded and arrived within 30 minutes of me calling. Her service was above and beyond what I expected, and she was very respectable/kind. My AC hasn't ran this well in years. If I ever need more services, she'll be my go-to person.
