Parish Cooling and Heating came out to my home to move my a’/c unit and level it. They ran into another issue with my system while working on it. They professionally and quickly resolved the problem. I would recommend anyone needing an hvac repairman to give Parish Cooling and Heating a call.

Long story short we had LOTS of issues with ole boy John (not going to blast his company) & his work. After not being able to get in touch with him to him saying he’s gonna be here on this day but not showing or informing me he can’t make it to not answering our calls. He finally shows up to quote me to reconnect my unit he proceeded to tell me we also needed a new line set that it was bent & cut & no longer usable.

Now me being someone who has no idea what a line set is I said okay quote me for that as well. After reviewing the quote something just felt off about him & his work. So I talked to a few neighbors & found out horror stories & decided we would not be using his company.

Here comes Johnny & jenn to the rescue!! They responded right away & came to assess the job to give me a accurate quote. Upon receiving this quote I realized it was very reasonable & not nearly as high as the one before then I noticed I was not quoted for a new line set that I was told I needed. I questioned them about it & was told it was in perfect condition & in fact did not need to be replaced & they explained to me what a line set was (Copper line) & brought me on a tour to inspect it with them. I was able to see a good straight run of copper line but didn’t know the HVAC term.

If I wouldn’t of trusted my gut & gotten another opinion I would’ve been charged for something that was not needed from lack of knowledge on my end of what a line set really was.

These two people are very honest and trustworthy and do not charge you for things that are not needed to be changed. They are also very knowledgeable with great response time.

I’m so happy I found them. Their work is amazing & you can see they truly put pride into it and it shows. They have gained a forever customer and I will be referring them to everyone I know.

Clearly I could go on & on about how you should absolutely use this company I think you get the point. I just can’t thank Parish enough for not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge to make a quick buck but instead teaching me.
