Always receive excellent service from them. Cole was my tech today. Technicians are professional, knowledgeable and communicate well explaining the problem(s) to me. And they do answer all my questions! Would highly recommend for A/C service!

From my first interaction in scheduling my appointment to the moment I paid for the service, my experience has been top notch. Technician (Joshua) showed up on time for my first scheduled maintenance since owning our house. He was thorough in his inspection and ended up possibly saving me the headache of a clogged drain (thus, no AC) by clearing it out and ensuring future clogs wouldn't be a problem. When he was done with that, he went and disassembled my outside unit to clear it of any dirt/debris which had accumulated. It's apparent to me that the employees care. I know I've made the right choice in Air Source 1

Benjamin was a great! He answered all of our questions with patience and was very professional. A definite asset to the company. We would recommend this company to anyone who has a/c issues.

Air Source 1 has been top notch from the beginning. Their techs are professional, courteous, polite and well mannered. Daniel was the last tech that came out. I couldn't have received better care. Josh LeBlanc , w/ Air Source One, showed up and was extremely professional. He went straight to the problem, fixed it, then continued with offering tips on cutting back on my electricity bill. He then went out to check the unit to make sure that it was running properly and full of freon.I am a long time customer and will continue to use them for many more years. Thank you Air Source One.

Bradley was efficient and knowledgeable in what was wrong with my AC unit. He was very nice and recommended certain services that would benefit me in the long run. I’m very satisfied! :)
