Horrible experience again. Tech came in for cleaning and left fan on and didn’t return settings on thermostat.

The communication with the dispatching office was great. The technician contacted me when enroute and arrived per schedule. The troubleshooting was done quickly and the parts were in stock on the truck to repair the unit.

Landry’s Air Source 1 is very professional about getting their technicians out quickly. Their service technician, Joshua came out and found the reason the A/C wasn’t cooling and repaired it. Joshua also did the A/C and Heating maintenance while he was here. I am glad we chose Landry’s for our A/C & Heating unit.

Josh is a great tech! He helped me understand what was wrong with my unit and replaced it in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this company. They came out same day I called and were very helpful with the process.

The tech was dispatched immediately. He was very courteous and went to work right away to find the trouble. He kept us informed of his findings and when he had completed his work we felt confident that our unit was operating safely. Air Source One provided us with their usual good service. We have been dealing with Air Source One for many years and will continue to call on them to service our units.
