TOP NOTCH SERVICE!! I called Parish and spoke with Johnny Beasley about my AC unit not cooling off. He responded within the hour and had my problem diagnosed in no time. Johnny worked with warranty for my unit to get the part I needed ordered. He was able to get my AC unit cooling off same day and when the part came in he came back and fixed in a timely manner. Communication has been excellent. I was texted an estimated 30 minute window on when he would arrive on the day the part was ordered and then another text that he was on way when in route the day repair was made. I recommend Parish for all your AC needs!

I would like to say that I HIGHLY recommend Parish Cooling and Heating. After being frustrated with a larger company that took a large amount of money and did not fix the problem I called Parish. Erica answered and was so sweet. She listed to me and sent someone over within the hour. When Jennifer arrived she also listened to what I had to say and did a full investigation on my unit. Within minutes she had diagnosed the problem called to see if I had warranty on any of the parts and quoted me a price. That day my air conditiiner was up and running and later when the part that had to be ordered came in i was easly scheduled for a day that worked for me.
They were very reasonably priced and I was a very satisfied customer. I will definitely tell everyone I know to use Parish for all their Cooling and Heating needs. Parish is an A+ and then some with their customer service, their work ethics, quality and pricing. I've added a pic of the fan motor Jen replaced to get my air back running same day. This company is phenomenal! They were quick, efficient, professional, and super friendly to work with. They were sure to explain the problem to me, walked me through the process, and show me the issues. Jen is great! She came out on Fathers Day within an hour of our call. AC was back working within minutes.She had the parts on hand and knew what it was instantly.
Scheduled heater maintenance /cleaning and repaired an issue before the cold hit. Now my heater is ready for use when I will need it.

I had heater strips installed and they were very professional and made sure I understood every charge and everything that was going to take place. I also had to give them a call for a little problem I had and she came out the very same day!!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!!!

Jennifer Ramirez diagnosed the problem swiftly, gave me a great price for the issue I had, answered several questions I had, and had a great attitude. Parish was also the only of the 3 HVAC services I called that would work with my schedule, as opposed to making me conform to theirs. Cannot overstate how happy I was with my service.
