Mr. Dean and his crew were great! I originally called Glaze Heating & Air because they changed out my aunt's ac the previous year and she raved about the company. I was able to get my quote and complete install of my new unit in a 48 hour timeframe. I am big on being punctual, and let me tell you this company did just that! My scheduled time of installation start was for 7am and the crew was here at 650am! They even stayed until I was able to fully download and navigate through the thermostat app successfully.

We were in need of replacing our 20 year old R-22 A/C system and contacted 3 separate A/C contractors for estimates. Glaze Air was one of the 3 estimates and was by far the best option in terms of pricing and service options for very comparable systems. We checked their customer ratings with the BBB and on social media sites, we decided to go with them. The installation team that showed up was timely, very organized, worked efficiently and completed the installation in short order without issues. We were very impressed with their performance and are totally satisfied with our new system and association with Glaze Air.

Outstanding service and price!
I waited 2 weeks after install to write this review just to make sure that everything is performing as promised and I can honestly say that the new Rheem system that Mr. Glaze and crew installed has exceeded my expectations.
In typical fashion, our A/C went out in the middle of Sept (highs in the upper 90's) late in the afternoon on a Tuesday. I made several calls that night to AC companies and left several messages - one of which to Glaze Heating & Air and asked for a return call as early as 6.30am. At 6.34am Mrs. Glaze called me to schedule Mr. Glaze to come out to the house.
Mr. Glaze showed up shortly there after, assessed the problem and made his recommendation to replace the system. He informed me that if I agreed and gave my approval by 1.00pm, he could have my new system out the next morning.
Being the skeptic that I am, I waited for the other 2 A/C contractors to come out and make their assessment - which were all basically the same - except they would take up to 2 weeks to get the new unit in.
I received 2 prices (1 guy didn't bother to call back) which were within $100.00 of each other. Glaze's being $100.00 higher - but 2 weeks earlier.
I called Mr. Glaze at 1.00pm and gave him the go ahead and told him to come out ASAP - which he replied that him and crew could be out as early as 6.00am if I would allow it - I did (or should I say, my wife did).
He was at my house at 5.50am ready to work (I have pictures as proof - which I needed to win the bet that my friend bet me that Glaze would not make it for 6am). Glaze and crew had the entire system changed out by 11.00am. He even added duct for the master bedroom which solved the problem of our mbr being 3 - 4 deg warmer that the rest of the house.
The entire experience was exceptional. I enjoyed working w/ Mr. Glaze and his boss, Mrs. Glaze (she does the books and scheduling) ;)
I highly recommend Glaze Heating & Air - they're an honest, no frills, do what they say they're going to do AC company.
