Ac stopped working. They were here in 2+/- hours, figured it out, and fixed it within an hour and a half. Tech was friendly and professional, didn’t try to push anything on us and gave quotes before resolving each issue.

Called before noon today with my problem...technician came within an hour...diagnosed problem quickly, checked everything besides what the issue was, very knowledgeable and professional...technician was very personable and did not mind answering my questions. ..would highly recommend them for their work and response time.

Brandon with Glaze performed the spring maintenance on my AC system. He was on time, communicated well, was very professional, and even watched the doors so the cat did not get out! I highly recommend!

The office personnel were very friendly and helpful. On the day of installation, I was surprised how hard working the technicians were. They were friendly and professional and completed the entire HVAC system installation and removal of the old components in one day. Very pleased.

Extremely fast and knowledgeable technician. I made an appointment online then called to see if there was any other availability and they were at my house in 30 minutes. The tech explained to me what was going on and how we needed to fix it and within hours it was fixed.

Third time using the Maintenance service for by-annual cleaning. Had to add some coolant. Diagnosed why and had unit back to normal in a matter of minutes. Very satisfied with all services.

You don't appreciate AC until you don't have it. Called them after 5PM on Friday and they showed up before 8AM Saturday. Quickly found the issue, fixed it and we had AC again in less then an hour.
