I have dealt with about 10 different AC people in town. This was the only one that I feel like I can have a total trust in. To do it right at a good price. What else could you expect. I believe they are honest and have a high integrity. I have been a region manager with a fortune 500 company and retired 41 years. I feel like I'm a good judge of people. I think Dean glaze has surrounded himself by honest and professional people.

Glaze Heating/Air has the best people and service! A few months ago our AC unit went out , I called a few air conditioning places only to realize that they all were connected to one another and all have the same gimmicks and price gouging only the tech can give you a price😩 Glaze was heaven sent to us 🙏🏾 I called and spoke with Mrs.Ursula (the owner) she was very polite and was able to tell me around the amount I may be looking to pay before I got the service. The tech Dylan that came out was very knowledgeable and soft spoken I mean I didn’t know there was still fine folks in the world that family (Husband ,Mrs.Ursula,and son )was truly a blessing to my family !!! We needed a new unit and they worked with us and we are forever grateful 😇 thanks again for giving us the BEST customer service!!!!!! GET GLAZED!!!!!!
