So glad I found this company. Have dealt with other a/c companies only later to find out I over paid or replaced parts that did not need replacing. These people were honest, on time and courteous. I will definately call them in the future.

I got home from vacation to a VERY hot house. I got a recommendation off the Nextdoor neighborhood app and called Glaze. Ms. Ursula was very nice and she had someone out the next day. Figured out the problem and replaced the coils within a couple of days. Technicians were polite and professional. They arrived on time. I would recommend this company.

This company is very professional. They always accommodate us to the best of their ability. When we have any problems they will do everything they possible can to get it fixed and in a timely fashion. They even have a loyalty program now that is awesome

Glaze Heating and Air did an excellent job taking care of my AC system. They came out in a timely manner for my need and the tech was honest. When the installation crew came it was storming and they made sure to have mats down so they wouldn't make a mess. 10/10 would use them again.

Install a new air conditioner, very professional. explain what they were done. Can on time. and didn’t take all day to finish the job. Did remind to my sisterwho needs a unit, and will refer others. Thanks once again.

Glaze Heating and Air is great at what they do! Not only are they easy to communicate and schedule with, but they provide comprehensive maintenance and cleaning all while being affordable. I highly recommend Glaze if you want a dependable AC company

Everything with Glaze Heating & Air was superb! The technicians were professional, polite, arrived on time, and completed the whole dismantling and installation of the new A/C unit in 3 1/2 hours. I highly recommend Glaze Heating & Air!

Dean Glaze is unprofessional. I hired him to replace my AC in 2017. Since then, we've had almost nothing but problems and they've had to come back out to fix them. Every time we've had a problem we've called him. 6/14/23 we called him about a leak at the connection to the unit. When I told Ursula how the technician used blue electric tape to seal the connection between the unit and drain line she blamed me for taking so long to find the problem. They sent a technician out to repair the leak, but refused to give insurance information to cover the damage made by the leak from his technicians poor craftsmanship. Dean Glaze told me he would not be held responsible for something he did 6 years ago, and he would deny an insurance claim because he doesn't want to pay for a kitchen remodel, on my NEW kitchen.
If you read any negative reviews, Glaze Heating and Air blames their customers for any bad experiences with the company.

Did an outstanding job, very experienced in what was being done.
Very courteous and followed up with me to make sure my new heating and cooling system worked as expected.
Would highly recommend Glaze Heating and AC for your next service.
