We are very happy with Glaze and will continue to use them in the future.

A friend recommended Glaze heating and air and I could not have been more impressed .
Our home warranty sent out a company after a 3 day wait with no ac.
They “ fixed” it but after 2 days it broke again. This was on a Thursday we called and next time they could get to us was a week later.
THATS when we called GLAZ.E.
Their scheduler could not have been more gracious and accommodating.
An app was scheduled for the next day. The whole team staying in constant contact and when the original technician was running behind another one was scheduled.
Long story but Jeremy arrived , corrected what had been done wrong by previous contractor and we had air !!!
Cannot recommend them enough.
They did not know this BUT I am a realtor and I will be recommending them to all future clients !!!!!!

I used Glaze Heating and Air to replace a 36 yo Lennox and a 30 yo Rheem system. Went with a 16 SEER Rheem system for both upstairs and downstairs. Glaze was prompt and easy to work with on getting the quote nailed down and the systems both installed in 1 day. The equipment was installed with good craftsmanship overall and pricing was very reasonable. Dean Glaze called the next day to make sure all was to my satisfaction. After a few days of review, I had 5 punch list items that were attended to quickly. I'm a pretty picky customer and Dean made sure I knew they would do whatever it took to complete the job to my satisfaction.

Update- 8/14/22
My upstairs unit was cooling fine but the fan was failing to shut off when the unit reached the correct temp. Will Templet with Glaze came out on time and diagnosed a faulty control board. This was warranty work and was handled quickly , professionally, and at no cost. Glaze keeps you informed every step of the way. My experience with Glaze has been top notch. Recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Update- 3/1/2023
Upstairs unit thermostat went blank and unit would not run. Contacted Glaze and they responded quickly and profesionally to come out and install a brand new thermostat which was fully covered under warranty. Technician Jerami SIgur was courteous and techically adept, He had my unit fixed quickly. I was pleased with the outcome and would use them again. David

Glaze Heating & Air always provides great service at a fair price. I have used them for AC repairs and installations and I always come away thankful and impressed. They are never pushy with sales gimmicks and alway quick to respond when I’ve needed them.

Both of our AC units went on the blitz at the same time. We asked friends/colleagues for recommendations for a service/repair company. Several said Glaze. We also checked the online reviews which were excellent. Ashton, the receptionist, was very courteous in scheduling us and took detailed notes on problems we were having with each unit. Brandon, the Glaze technician, was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable, keeping us posted of his findings throughout the inspection and repair process. He had both units running in little time. He was also able to accommodate our
biannual maintenance during after-school hours.

Glaze has replaced 3 HVAC units for me over the last 3 years, they have always been responsive to my request, very friendly and the crews are polite and knowledgeable. They have performed great considering the systems they have changed for me have been in tight confined spaces in the attic and closets. The systems work great and the home has never been more comfortable or power efficient. I would without doubt recommend Glaze Heating and Air, LLC to anyone looking for a replacement, repair or new construction HVAC system.

My Heroes, they saved the day for me and my family. We were in need of a complete overhaul and they delivered. Great price and quality work. They even hooked my wife up with a smart thermostat with Bluetooth capability. Awesome job guys

Technician came out on time. He performed the diagnostics as requested and explained the issues fully so I could feel confident I was making informed decisions. Excellent service and attention to details.
I expect to be using them again for my HVAC systems.

Glaze has been servicing our AC/Htg. units for over 20 years. We use them in both residential and commercial buildings. We have found them reliable and fair in pricing. I would give them a strong recommendation if you are in need of their services.

Glaze Heating and Air did everything they said they would and worked hard to get us in early. I spoke to 2 different people 3 weeks apart, they said the same thing and only sold me what I needed, when another company tries to upsell a whole new system.
