Glaze has replaced my complete AC and furnace system and has fixed a long-standing problem. The upstairs area of my house has not cooled adequately since original installation by another company in 2003. After Dean analyzed the situation, he added two new outlet vents, increased the duct size from filter box, and upsized the unit by ½ ton. The upstairs will now maintain set temperature during the hottest days and with reasonable run time. All work was done in a timely and professional manner, and I will recommend Glaze to family and friends going forward.
