Since purchasing our air conditioner and heating system over 5 years ago, LenAire has taken care of my family. Jillian reminds us of our appointments and maintenance, Brandon has come out and been super quick and professional with our twice a year upkeep, and this week we had a second return put in where Jeremiah and Reggie were awesome.
I highly recommend LenAire for their professionalism, speed, and quality!

Our tech (Dale) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered every one of our questions and gave us his best recommendations for our situation. Overall we were very pleased with the service and professionalism that Dale provided.

We had AC problems at our business and called Lenaire. Dale came out and was great. He quoted us a price but advised he wouldn't be able to get the parts until Monday. We agreed to the price, and also decided once that job was complete to get them to service 2 of our other units. Monday, I called in to check our appointment time and the young lady kept putting me on hold and finally said they had to go and get both of the parts when Dale had stated he had one part, so I agreed, and she stated she would call me back. She called back a few hours later and told me how much it would be, when I advised that, that's $140 more than the quote I was given on Friday, she stated they were different parts, and that the technician quoted me for residential parts and didn't know what he was doing. When I questioned why was he making quotes if he didn't know what he was doing, she just apologized. I honestly don't believe her because Dale was very thorough in his explanations of what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem, he even sent me pictures of the unit since it was on top of the building.

I'm not sure if I'm being deceived with the sudden price change, but I don't like feeling like I am. It causes me to lose all faith in your business and brand. I guess, I'll just have to find someone else to service my other two units.

UPDATE: Received a call and Lenaire honored the price I was originally quoted.

When someone enjoys doing what they do it shows in their work. Marcus, the technician who serviced my A.C enjoys what he does. He's been the tech for our house for every call and I'd have it no other way. He's quick but thorough, he answered every question without hesitation and I ask pretty off the wall random questions at times. Great guy, great company.

We hired LenAire to repair our AC unit this summer and they had the best price and customer service in town. We purchase a plan and they just stopped by to do a tune up on our heater. Jordan had great customer service skills and was very knowledgable when I asked any questions. He checked our heating system and made sure everything is working properly. I had called LenAire for a second opinion for my Mother's home. From the first contact on, everything has been excellent. Marcus Harris the technician was very professional and obviously an expert in his field. He took the time to explain everything to us as this can be a daunting task for a homeowner. It is an expensive but necessary investment and it is important to gather all the information that one can prior to making a decision. Great experience with Lenaire. Our air went out a while back and we determined that we needed a new system. Went with Lenaire because a friend of mine is one of their techs. Jeremiah and Ryan showed up or promptly that morning ready for the install. Left them there as I went to work and got a call that afternoon that they were done. Showed up and everything was clean and done very professionally with attention to detail. Jeremiah was very thorough; checked freon levels multiple times before he left, checked the furnace, and went over everything with me. Very courteous and very clean.
