Dale S. was an awesome AC Technician throughout our home AC repair!!!! He professionally greeted us and explained the entire diagnostic process he was going to perform. Then, he thoroughly provided us a detailed breakdown of the problem and the repair costs. Next, he performed all the maintenance with care to our AC system and surrounding mechanical equipment. Finally, he went over the entire repair process he completed and billing. Dale was a true professional from start to finish.

Professional and knowledgeable! Over the past month I have had Patrick and Jordan over to the house to discuss air conditioning options and install new ductwork. They were polite and clear in their explanations. The work that they and their helpers did was clean and neat. Any time I needed to speak with the office there was always a friendly person on the other end of the phone. I never had to worry about them being late either. Also, I highly recommend that you have them perform an air balance analysis on your home. Their improvements eliminated over 75% of lost/unbalanced air from the return to the supply ducts by sealing up leaks throughout the existing systems and adding new ducts to other rooms that weren’t previously conditioned. The systems were originally installed very poorly by another company and LenAire substantially improved efficiency and comfort in my home. Thank you!

Technician came out to trouble shoot my problem, discovered problem and made repair in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and offered advice on preventing the problem from reoccurring. Only charged $85 for service. LenAire is the best HVAC contractor in the Shreveport/Bossier area!

Only AC repair company that "didn't" charge extra to come out after 5pm! Diagnosed my problem quickly and gave me an estimate for the parts required so I could make a decision. Once the part came in they installed it and everything works Great! 90*+ temps during the day so NOT a good time to lose the AC! Marcus and Samantha were very professional and kept me updated on the arrival time for the part.

We have only been in our house since Feb. 2017 and the air conditioner had to be replaced. The service rep Dale S and his partner were courteous and very nice. It was a pleasure to meet them. Also thank you Dale S for coming out on a Saturday before this and helping us out by charging the air we had for my wife's birthday party, thanks to you we had a good and cool day. I would recommend LenAire, Inc to anyone whether it be during hours or after. They are quick to get to you. Again thank you to these guys.

I love the very cost efficient service agreement which provides 2 times yearly maintenance. It gives me confidence in the spring that the a/c is ready to go. As well as the heater, in the fall.
Great teamwork at LenAire! Dora set up the appointment. Samantha followed up with a call and Dale worked as a great technician.

This company was recommended my Mr. Eugene McBride. He told us that someone from LenAire would be at our house today and Brandon Koglin came right on time. He explained everything in complete detail and made sure we understood everything that was going on with our unit. We decided to get a new unit and all the information was given to us, including a copy of the air unit we chose. No pressure to buy, but just good sound advice, which we appreciated. He was very nice, communicated well and we look forward to working with him and this company, which we highly recommend. Thanks Brandon!!

My overall experience with Marcus and Faith has been exceptional. Marcus and Faith both exemplifies the true meaning of quality service to customers. Marcus attention to detail and knowledge of his job is exceptional. I would recommend if you’re in need of quality service call these two they will definitely get the job done and walk you through the entire process.

I made an appointment TWO days in advance and they called the day of the appointment (an hour and a half late) to say that they couldn't make it out, but "graciously" offered to come out the next day. But why would I trust them to do that when they couldn't keep the first one. Terrible experience and will NEVER call again...

LenAire should host a seminar on how to succeed at customer service. Here is what they do correctly:
1. Do what I asked you to do.
2. Communicate with the customer. When will you arrive? What will you do? How long will it take? What will it cost? Call to let me know he is on the way. I may need to bring in children or dogs. Move a car. Get out of bed! Not everyone gets up at sunrise. A pleasant voice on the phone is as important as the crew doing the physical work. Return calls. Know where your crews are and know what they are doing and will be doing.
3. Communicate with EACH OTHER! A successful company does not have employees working in silos. Work as a team.
4. Return calls always. Don't allow the customer to become uncertain, disappointed and angry with you.
5. Respect each other. Never speak negatively about your co-worker or your boss.
6. Make sure your customer feels valued. No one cares what you know until they know that you care.

I just spent a week dealing with a company who failed at every one of these important tasks. There is nothing they can do to change my mind. I will never call them again. I will share my bad experience the rest of my life.
LenAire does an excellent job. I especially like how they present new services. He tells you what is available with no pressure so that you are able to make an informed decision based on what works for you and what you can afford. He answers your questions with respect.
I have been with LenAire for 5 years and always recommend their services.
