Everyone involved in replacing our A/C system was great. Professionals from start to finish Marcus, Patrick, Dale and Samantha were able to answer questions and give honest feedback on the age of our old system. I read reviews for many companies for 3 days before deciding to go with LenAire, and reviews like this are the exact reason why. You may not like the answers they give you, but they shoot you straight and have the skills to get your home cool again! Thanks again, and keep up the awesome work! After a couple of years, our evaporator coil began leaking. We called LenAire and Brandon came out the same day to top off refrigerant and they also ordered a new coil under warranty. Service after the sale has been nothing short of excellent and I would never hesitate to recommend them them to anyone in the area. Professional and courteous 100% of the time. Just a good experience all around. Thanks again LenAire for keeping us comfortable!

Had a great phone call with Jillian who offered me a special offer with a 69.99 maintenance service. Made the choice to schedule an appointment and Marcus, a great guy, came by to do the work. Everything was great and honestly I expected some type of catch. Surprisingly there wasn’t a catch or any pressure to up sell any other services from the Technician. Marcus answered all of my questions and really did a great job at representing the company as a friendly professional business. I’m happy with the work done and will be calling them back! I wouldn't trust anyone else to service my unit. Everyone from the office to Marcus, our technician, is always polite, courteous, and friendly. Marcus has become a good friend and trust his work whole-heartedly. The whole company will work with you and make sure everything is done to their best and that you are completely satisfied. We have currently moved from the house that we originally started using their services and made sure that we continue using them in our new home. We have had every aspect of service through them from their yearly service plan, to replacing a compressor, even replacing a whole a/c unit. I would highly recommend this company and their team to anyone.

I expected more and attempted to contact someone at Lenair in regards to this complaint before writing this review online but nobody ever called me back. I was greatly disappointed in the service my real estate client received due to inflexible scheduling and being quoted incorrect pricing. The home was a vacant property that is under contract to be sold. The new buyer wanted the system cleaned and serviced so I contacted Lenair for the job. With only a 30 minute lead time call with Lenair, it made it almost impossible to jump thru hoops to meet the tech at a client's home almost 45 minutes or more away. I have a busy schedule too and could not always bend to Lenair's demands. The scheduler refused a 45 minute lead call because "they weren't allowed to do it, but could put me on the next rotation." That meant being rescheduled again which I could not allow happen to my client. This was after being rescheduled twice already (they rescheduled, not me), so I refused to be rescheduled again and broke who knows how many laws to get there with wet hair, no makeup, and barely dressed because it was early in the morning. My client pre-paid for a clean and service of a single unit but when the tech arrived, he quoted another $700 on TOP of the $119 that was already paid to clean and service the unit. The owner refused to pay that much and who can blame him. We had to call another company to come out and clean and service the unit and pay a more reasonable rate. The other company was there the next day to complete the job. I'm sorry but dealing with the hassle was not worth it to my business nor my client's interests. The scheduling policies there should be overhauled along with over the phone price quotes. A clean and service should never cost over $800. It appears this is a very successful company, and I wish you the best but I will be taking my business and recommendations for clients elsewhere for HVAC needs. :(

Dale always provides great service. He is very friendly and down to Earth guy. He gets the job done in a timely manner and very professional. I would definitely recommend LenAire and they will be my Always go to air company!!! Two nights without air was too long should have called sooner!!! Came out same day.

Showed up on time. Gave me a great deal on a professional install of a new residential system in our mobile home! Best of all, we were able to finance the new system, low monthly payments, 0% interest!

Our AC stopped working on Memorial Day, so I called LenAire and within an hour, Marcus showed up at our house. He was very respectful of our home and was very kind. He was able to resolve our issue very quickly to get our air working again! Nobody enjoys sitting in 85 degree heat, and we are very grateful that he was able to fix it on such short notice!
