Dale is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. He shows pictures and explains everything he has done and what is needed. I highly recommend him.

Installed an energy efficient new furnace in my rental house in 2021. They did a check up on it a year later. Len Aire crossed all their T’s and dotted all their I’s. In other wise they did a commendable job!

The reason why I won't give Lenaire a 10 is because of the financial institution the company uses. I am not a fan of Wells Fargo which is the financial institution that you all use. They have ridiculously high interest rates and this institution stays in trouble with Congress.

Dale with LenAire was so helpful today. He did an excellent job of preparing the AC unit for the upcoming summer months. He answered all my questions and pointed out some possible repairs needed. He also explained other services that I could take advantage of. With service people like Dale, LenAire is still providing the same great service as when they started years ago. Always relieved to know my units are in excellent hands!!! Great job!! Thanks!!

Professional group of people all the way from the person answering the phone to the people who come to your house. Really fine people.

Im only giving 3 star bc ive never used this business but they need to teach their employees some common courtesy and park in a parking spot.. guy hets out then walks inside with his cup. In the 3rd picture u will see the pickup and trailer in tow however that guy was parked next to me he had to maneuver his trailer and truck around ur tech

Len-Aire has always been punctual, thorough, and professional. They have competitive pricing and I don’t feel like I’m being up-sold anything. I’m given explanations and options with pricing so I can make an informed decision. Marcus was great today. Polite, professional, and focused. Very impressed! But this Jordan guy… what does he even do? Overall, I would recommend.

Lenaire is a rip-off! They tried to charge us around 1,000 to replace a motor and capacitor. We called another company and they said the motor and capacitor were fine, it was our circuit board. He fixed the problem for us! We also found out that Lenaire either put a used motor in our new air unit (for a brand new house) or put a used unit in with a new motor! The only thing I can say about the company is that they are friendly! We will never use Lenaire ever again!
