Marcus from Len-Aire is awesome! He's punctual, friendly, and really knows what he's doing. They come to service our system twice a year, and we request Marcus every time.

Super Friendly & through crew.. They helped us by coming out looking at what we needed gave us options. Our other unit broke over the weekend and they were here within 30 minutes of me calling and was fixed up which I was super happy about in the middle of the summer.. After we picked the new unit it was installed within the week. I will never call anyone else to work on my units. We love Lenaire's crew everyone is super friendly and helpful

Dale was prompt and friendly. He took time to explain everything he found, as well as all of the repair options available. He was straightforward about the pricing and what the probable outcome of each repair option was. Dale is the kind of guy I want to work with every time I need some work done!

I was incredibly pleased with the service we received from LenAire. We called another local company twice on a Sunday afternoon with no returned phone calls. We called LenAire at 6 pm that same day. Within 2 hours, we had a technician at our house. Dale did an excellent job. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. If we ever need help again, we know who to call.

We had a new baby coming home, a cold snap, and no heat in the house. Lenaire was able to get us on their schedule within 24hrs. The tech, Marcus, was friendly and knowledgeable. Within 30 minutes, he had fixed the problem and we're were warming up!

Awesome service. Dale is always very friendly and knowledgeable when he comes out to service our HVAC. He makes sure he takes the time to check everything thoroughly and lets us know if there are any issues that we have now or may have in the near future.

LenAire contacted my husband on Tues, 22 Dec to let me know they were sorry for the delay and would like to "winterize" our heating/A/C system and could do so on Wed, 23 Dec. This worked on our timeline and Dale came out at the agreed upon time and was friendly and quick as he checked our system. He went through all the results with us in an easy to understand fashion.
Overall, we continue to be very impressed by LenAire since we had them install our system in 2012.

LenAire is amazing. They have the best response time I have ever experienced and best customer service. Jordan was professional and kept me informed about everything he was preforming on my unit. I recommend this company to anyone with heating and air needs.
