Very thorough, very accommodating and professional. They show up when they are supposed to and stay until the job is finished. Surprisingly, what stands out most about LenAir is the happy -to-help attitude that EVERY employee has. From the receptionists to the technicians, I’ve never encountered anything like it!!

Super thorough and I love the pictures of the service. It helped me feel more secure that I wasn’t getting the run around. They were really responsive and quickly addressed all my concerns about my unit, they even made some suggestions to help before I even booked a service. I will definitely use them again!

An on-call technician showed up promptly on a sweltering Sunday afternoon to repair my air conditioner. Jordan was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. The rates were extremely reasonable for an after-hours call. I'll be using LenAire for my scheduled and unexpected HVAC needs in the future.

Brandon was amazing! He was helpful on the phone before we secured his services, resolved our issues upon arrival and an educated diagnosis, and helped us create plans for potential future issues.

I may have already done this but don't remember. Dale was, as always, very professional, personable and quick. He knew what he was doing and answered all my questions before I could even ask them. The ladies in the office, as always, were very nice and informative and took care of all the scheduling.

This company is wonderful. They installed our new AC a few years ago and continue the maintenance. The service technicians are efficient, responsive, quick and inform you of the options you have as a customer. Highly recommend this company!

I recently used LenAire for the first time. I called them just for an annual system inspection and they sent someone out within a few hours. Brandon was professional and very knowledgeable. He informed me my evaporator coil was so dirty he couldn’t even properly check the pressures on my system (I already knew it was dirty and needed cleaning just didn’t realize it was that bad). He went over my options and I decided to change out the 11 year old coil with a new one. They were out the next day and got the work completed. They also threw in a cleaning of the rest of the system. The house went from being 80 degrees when I got home from work to being able to keep up with the summer heat and being 72 when I got home. Then today (3 days later) my blower started making noise. I called again and they had Brandon back out same day. My bearings were bad in the motor and he had it changed out and back going in an hour. His and LenAire’s customer service is top notch which is hard to find nowadays. While they are probably not the cheapest company around their service makes up for it and I’ll be calling them from now on to service my A/C.

Very helpful, informative technicians! Had routine maintenance on our system & it was noted that our 15 yr old system needed replaced. He showed clear pictures & explained in detail everything that was going on with it then he walked us through the options for new systems. He even coordinated installation for that same day. All the technicians were professional & polite - they even showed my son the new system in the driveway! Highly recommend Lenaire! They’re the best!

Best A/C company around! They even travel to Waskom! Friendly Staff, and Brandon is the Best. He's very knowledgeable, down to earth, and I want him to service my Unit Always!
