I called this Friday morning around 9 am when I determined my hot water heater was not working right. I made an appointment for earliest possible on the following Monday. I got called shortly after with news there was an opening today if I wanted it. Found out that the 45 year old unit finally lived out its life. So no surprise I had to get a new unit. It’s now 3:30 pm Friday and I have hot water. The men who worked to put in my unit, Daniel and Eric, were professional and just a pleasure to be around.

It wasn’t what I planned for today or expected as a need to pay for but you gotta do what you gotta do. I would definitely use this company again.

Luke was exceptionally thorough. He explained every detail. Completed the job in a timely manner all while displaying great customer service. Awesome job.

Eric saved the day. Very professional and knowledgeable. We tried to diy on a jetted tub faucet but it quickly went beyond our abilities. When water started leaking all over the closet we had to call in the experts. Of course it was after hours but the on call service answered right away and scheduled us for the next day. Eric arrived by noon and handled the job quickly and efficiently. Tested all the tub lines for leaks and then replaced the faucet and put everything neatly back together again. We actually called 3 or 4 places and accutemp responded most quickly and made everything as easy as possible. Thanks!

Appreciate the prompt emergency service a/c repair. Charles quickly identified the problem and repaired a previous repair not done correctly. He had all equipment and supplies needed on site. Provided excellent info on maintence contract vs new hvac system. Extremely personable and trustworthy.

On time. Got started. Tore out 30 yr old R-22 system and installed new system with an air scrubber. Replaced compressor outside along with lines. All in one day. Great job! These guys also installed a mini split in a garage office. They did a great job on that as well. I'll put that in another review.

I just bought this home and it came with a home warranty. Couldn’t get someone to return my request for 24-48 business hours. With my ac down in May in South Louisiana, that doesn’t work. I called Accutech and they were out here in less than 2 hours on a Friday night. Less than another 2 hours later, Reese has my ac cold again, and a repeat customer. Thank you Accutech for being so courteous and professional. Cost was reasonable.
