extensive repairs involving multiple technologies were all employed repairing my heat pump unit.
All team members were polite and very competent. They communicated with with each other and off site resources and myself in an affecient manner.
While the job progressed parts and components were needed and the guys had to leave. I left the door unlocked (told them it might happen) and had to leave. Upon my return work was in progress.
I don’t ever let strangers alone in my house as I care for my elderly mother. I totally trust you guys and will in the future. I really appreciated being treated as a team member.
Let me say that never before have I been more satisfied.

Jacob Hadley has come to my home several times for A/C preventive maintenance. He’s professional and friendly, and he takes the time to explain a/c matters in an easy-to-understand way. I highly recommend him.

Kenneth was absolutely fantastic. My breaker kept tripping causing my AC to go out. In Louisiana, approaching spring this was an emergency. I wasn’t sure if it was something with my home’s electrical or with the AC unit itself. Scheduling was easy and they were out within a few house. Kenneth diagnosed that my breaker was about 40 years old was was definitely do for a replacement. Issue was fixed in about 30 minutes. Will absolutely use them again!

Matthew was a complete lifesaver! My drains were backing up at work and not only did he arrive within a couple of hours of me calling, but he was extremely thorough. He knew exactly what to look for and insisted on double and triple checking the lines to make sure they were completely cleaned out before leaving. I can't thank him enough!!

We had a new and complete wiring of an electrical box that was out of code installed last week as well as 2 bathroom heaters/vents, a light switch changed, and updated smoke alarms installed. We were extremely pleased with Daniel Kidd and his crew of Kenneth Stevenson and Dylan Hawthorn. A job that normally would have been a day and a half was completed in one day because they worked until 7:00 pm to get it done. They did a great job and worked so well together. On the other hand, the Accutemp scheduling crew left a lot to be desired. We met with Daniel last week and he made sure the scheduled date fit our needs as I had to take a day off of work. The job was set up with Daniel for Tuesday so we were surprised when we received a text on Sunday saying the techs would be there the next day. After clearing that up on Monday morning we did receive another text for the following day (Tuesday). I had the day off and waited for the crew to arrive. At 11:30 I called to make sure I was on the schedule to which I was told I was. Just after that call, another call came canceling the day’s service (I was on a day off of work). Luckily it was able to be scheduled for the following day. Had it not, I likely would have cancelled the entire job. The scheduling department needs some revamping.
