My wife and I had AccuTemp come out to help us identify the source of a gas leak. Their technician, Daniel H., was able to quickly identify and repair the leak. I was impressed with his professionalism, preparedness, and clear communication. We are grateful for Daniel’s excellent customer service, and we would highly recommend AccuTemp’s services.

Sage did a great job. He communicated well, answered all of my questions and gave me good advice, not only regarding my water heater but some water stains as well. He was polite and professional.

It’s was a great experience. The service technician, Charles Frank Haynes , was professional, and personable . I felt he was very knowledgeable and accurate regarding what the issues with my AC unit. And provided the best options and solutions to remedy the problem. It was an exceptional experience.

We needed an in-line PEX pipe that we pierced with a lawn edging stake fixed on a Sunday evening.
Daniel was very professional and nice. Did a great job and was done within minutes since we had the hole already dug out around the pipe that was broken. Charge wasn’t anywhere near what we thought it would be. Definitely would use this company again.

Absolutely horrible. All I wanted was a estimate to have a tankless water heater installed. They informed me that in order for me to consider them, I would have to pay a surcharge. I have found five other companies who will gladly give me an estimate without having to pay for it. I highly recommend anyone before these blood thirsty vampires. You can tell how honest and reliable a company is based on how they treat you on the first time talking with them. One star is truly too high to give. A fee you charge for me to decide if I want to hire you? Nah I’m good

We had a plumbing emergency and had to shut off the water to our entire home. Eric came out early the next morning, found the problem, fixed the tub faucets quickly and had our water back on for us right away. He also offered to check other faucets for us. I showed him the kitchen sink had a small leak. My mom wants to get another faucet for it. He told her to give him a call after she gets a new faucet and he will come install it for her. I will definitely use this company again, and we will ask for Eric if he’s available. He was kind, professional, well mannered and very knowledgeable.

I had an inspection of my AC done. Dameon was very thorough and professional. He carefully explained his findings and advised me on what needed to be done.

They both were very friendly and professional. They quoted me a price . They performed the task fast and professionally. Went above and beyond to complete the job. Will definitely recommend to others. They showed me the live video feed from the camera that he sent through my pipes. I was very throughly impressed. I even tipped them a few dollars. . Will also call them again if and when needed!

Riley my service man, there aren't enough good words I can say about him. He was efficient, kind and explained everything to the letter. He was the most polite gentleman knocking everytime he had to come in the door. I would definitely recommend him and your company to everyone. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

I am continually impressed with the people involved with this company, from the people answering the phone to the managers to the techs, all have been extremely friendly and eager to help. The gentlemen who came out today explained the entire process, were respectful of my home and did a great job ahead of schedule. The training in excellence is absolutely apparent, whoever is responsible for the operations I give a 10 out of 10. I could write a lot more but I think my opinion is quite evident. Thanks so much.
