We’ve used AccuTemp for our electrical, plumbing, and AC needs for our new home renovation, since we purchased it in 2021. Including an entire kitchen rewire, two brand new AC units, 2 brand new ductwork in 2 different homes, a new hot water heater, new plumbing for kitchen, installation of two faucets, installation of garbage disposal, installation/retrofitting of every single can light in the entire house, installation of seven ceiling fans and seven light fixtures, quarterly maintenance on the All-Star service plan for our AC unit, and for any AC plumbing or electric needs that come up as needed! We’ve been extremely pleased with the professionalism, timeliness, and most importantly, the efficiency and quality of service. Our most used service has been electrical with Daniel Kidd-super knowledgeable, friendly, and has been doing great work for us for years now! Highly recommend! I have never had a technician for any trade within accutemp show up that we were any less than extremely pleased with from manners to quality!
It should also be noted that making an appointment is always extremely easy and I’m always speaking to a friendly voice in the scheduling department.
I’m also able to schedule and be seen very quickly! Can’t say enough!

D’Vante Butler was able to diagnose the electrical issue and repair it the same day. This was no small task. He was professional and did a great job! I will definitely be using his services again! Thanks for the great work!

Upon initial contact, my agent Mitch greeted me and gave me a background information on his time with the company and what he brings to the table. Extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Mitch is a great listener. Heard out all of my demands and began building something that was what I wanted. Everything he did he let me know why he was doing it and the benefits. You have to love a thorough explanation which puts you at ease with a company. Mitch represented himself and the company very well. Grade A service.

Elijah Johnson was very professional and did excellent work and explained in detail what needed to be done. Update electrical panel. Excellent customer service support for calling and texting when they are on the way. Very satisfied.

I had a kitchen sink that was not draining and a washing machine pipe that needed replacing as it was leaking water into my back yard. I called AccuTemp to give me an estimate. The Plummer that came out was Cody Hayes. He checked and said that it looked like my water lines needed to be rerouted. He said that the lines were running under my concrete driveway around my house. He said he would need to dig around my yard and across my driveway and take up the old rusty pipes and replace with new pipes. Him and his team came out on Friday, April 28th before 7:00 am to meet with Entergy, BR Water and City Parish to mark the gas lines and get permits signed off on. They dug up the yard and replaced the old pipes and rerouted the water lines. They came back on Monday, May 1, 2023 and laid the concrete on my driveway. Cody checked and rechecked everything to make sure it was working properly. Cody also on Thursday, April 27, 2023 replaced my old kitchen sink and faucet and my bathroom lavatory! Cody did an amazing job on my old house plumbing!!!
The total cost was $10,522 for the pipes and reroute and $3121.00 for the sink and lavatory. I am beyond satisfied and grateful to AccuTemp Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC. Thank you!!!

Kind courteous and knowledgeable. Allowed me to ask any question and even tag along on the inspection. Our first time really needing a major repair and it was great to see the guts of the house and have someone walk me through the whys and hows of what’s going on with our HVAC units.

Daniel Kidd was the technician who came out to my house to have it inspected. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything as we went around the house to look at all the electrical components. He thoroughly explained the pricing and scope of work to be done and was courteous and respectful towards our time and our house. I would certainly recommend him and AccuTemp to anyone in the future.

Taryn and his crew were on time, neat and very very informative as well. Accu temp been honest from the beginning with the service tech Sajia . Then with the constant Wade. They were straightforward from the beginning to the end. I would definitely recommend this company. You get what you pay for. Must I add they replaced a 22 year old unit with a brand new system, furnace, etc on one day. Then cleaned up every piece of trash.

Worker was thoroughly knowledgeable about the job task at hand working diligently through different corrosion problems. The job was performed in a reasonable amount of time. The guy was courteous and responded with updates with details and courteously.
