My Service Tech Daniel Kidd was very professional and personable.
After asking what problem we were having Daniel did a thorough diagnostic inspection before informing us what repair work needed to be done.
Daniel informed us of the repair cost upfront so there were no surprises!
While doing the repair work he kept us informed!
Daniel also explained the Services that AccuTemp offers.
This was a great Customer Service experience and I recommended Daniel and AccuTemp to my family and neighbors.

Bailey from AccuTemp arrived on time and we discussed the situation and he explained in detail what he would do to access the problem. After identifying the issue he gave me options to correct the problem. He completed the repair and checked the Freon to insure all was good. Bailey is a very professional, polite and conscientious young man. AccuTemp is fortunate to have the caliber employee that Bailey brings to his work. Job well done and I would recommend Bailey and AccuTemp to anyone needing HVAC assistance.

Mason Ali was very professional, polite, & knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong with our unit as well as a need to upgrade because our unit is older. Charles Frank Haynes was on time. He called to let me know he was on the way. He was friendly professional and knowledgeable. He explained the preventative maintenance plan. He diagnosed and fixed the problem. All in all it was a good experience and outcome. I would definitely recommend him to others.

ShajaMarie was a delight to have in our home. She is a well trained professional & all-round nice person.

Aaron did amazing. He came right in time and resolved the issue while giving a thorough explanation of what the problem was and what and how he was going to fix it. He then fixed it very fast and made sure that the AC was working properly now. If I have any other problems with my AC in the future, I would love to have him help again.

Jeff Riles is excellent! Not only did he inspect our entire crawl space and explain what he saw, but he showed me pictures and videos. I am very impressed that I was able to get an inspection and two leak repairs all on the same day that I called. Thank you!

Mr. Devin Reese provided quality maintenance service to my air conditioner unit that was not cooling. He was very knowledgeable and provided information on how to maintain my unit until it needed to be replaced. Mr. Johnny Powell, Mr. Tevin Perkins, and team did a fantastic job with the removal of my old until and installation of the new heating and air conditioning unit! They were very professional and informative of the new unit. Great work by all!

I’ve had a few of their technicians out to my house, and I’ve had fantastic experiences with each one of them. I’m a new homeowner and I know some companies could take advantage of that but every one has been extremely transparent about what needed to be done; I’ve not once felt that they were trying to sell me something that I didn’t need. Unfortunately I can’t remember all of the techs’ names that have come out but I had an excellent experience with the last tech named Luke who came out. Will NEVER use another company!
