We woke up to an HVAC system that was not responding and called AccuTemp Services. Riley Englade was a great representative and did a thorough job of evaluating, explaining, and repairing our issue. We have used AccuTemp for a variety of HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs. The company and its representatives are all top notch and highly recommended. 5 stars all the way.

D'Vante was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained his findings at every step and provided multiple options for me to consider. He was able to fix my problems at a reasonable cost.

We had two bathrooms with four toilets backup after our Sunday service at St. Margaret’s episcopal church. Theodess Perow came out and worked diligently to unstop our drain line. Theodess was very friendly thorough and professional. We are very satisfied with your service and Theodess is an exceptional employee.

My mother Eva called to tell me about the great service she received from Theodess. She is in her 70's and had plumbing issues in her home. She was so happy that she found a technician she could trust. She said he took the time to explain everything to her and gave her options for her service. He performed the service quickly and got her toilet working again.

On 5/14/2023. Someone replied right away. I then received a text that a tech would be here in about 30 min.
The tech showed up promptly
and found the problem. He explained to us what was going on with our AC and our options for repair. We gave him the ok and he changed out what he needed to change and had us back up running with a cool house. Job well done!
He was very polite and professional. I would use them again.

Replaced my 30 year old water heater within 8 hours of the first call. New valves, flex hoses, connections, drip pan and all including removal and disposal of old unit. These guys don’t mess around! Shelby Schenk was the lead tech and got the job done in a most expeditious and professional manner! Thanks guys!

My A/C alarm went off yesterday, called AccuTemp they were out ASAP. Came back the next day and replaced the fan system. Aaron Dabney was great! Very nice and did repair and maintenance work in record time. Thank you!!

Colin was great!!! I'd use this company and ask for him again! I'm trying to sell my house and he let me see a light at the end of the tunnel. He also explained everything he did!

The guys are absolutely great. Everyday they worked hard really above and beyond. They are the best without a doubt. Dvante was there with me through it all from the beginning. I really appreciate him, and everyone else’s hard work and dedication on the hard project that was done. Was not easy- it’s an old house (113 years old today) where we all ran into issues here and there (because it’s old and you run into surprises you didn’t see originally-it’s expected), but they figured it out and communicated very well with me and one another and busted their a**. Always found solutions and came out incredibly well. Real solid people to work with and be around- was an honor. Accutemp is expensive yes but it’s worth it- it’s done right the first time.

Johnny Powell was super knowledgeable and professional. Very nice. He was thorough and organized his team and led the job efficiently. He’s also a gifted artist!!
