Kelly and Troy installed a new York high efficiency 2 stage air conditioner yesterday at my home. They arrived on time, installed it in a timely manner and were very kind and courteous. I have had Glanz-Buffat do twice a year maintenance on my previous HVAC for the past 9 years. All of the technicians have been good and very nice. They wear shoe covers which I like. It’s cooling my home very well.
Something that was awesome was that Troy noticed that my American flag was not in the holder that was attached to my wooden fence, because the screws had worked their way loose and it was about to fall off so I had taken the flag out, lest it fall on the ground. He offered to fix it and I gladly accepted! When they left, the flag was waving proudly. Thank you! What an appropriate story on Flag Day! 🇺🇸

Hi, I had a great experience with this company. I needed to replace a 20-year-old furnace and water heater located in a tiny closet 😳. I had 4 bids, Glanz had much better prices, and they don't try to sell you a service or equipment that you don't need/want.

A leak from my toilet spiraled into several issues, and Glanz/Buffat was instrumental in taking care of me and getting it all fixed. I felt bad every time I had to call them with yet another issue or delay in the bathroom floor replacement (or when my sink's hot water stopped working at the same time), but they were responsive, quick, and willing to work with me. A big shout out to Keaton!

Great company for all your needs. Service techs are the best! Keaton was the only one working the holiday weekend and then a winter storm comes through. I don’t know how he did it but stayed in contact till he came and fixed my busted water pipe. Great attitude and very positive.

Two days before Christmas our furnace stopped putting out heat. I called Glanz & Buffat (our regular service company) but they were swamped. As one could imagine with the frigid temps many others were in the same predicament as we were.
I called other HVAC companies but it was the same- no one could come out until Tuesday the 27th. My husband was very sick with the flu and already freezing; I was very concerned with his comfort and recovery.
My mom happened to have a technician’s private number - he was a Glanz & Buffat employee by the name of Kelly. It was a last ditch effort but I dialed Kelly’s number to see if he could help me. Well, Kelly not only talked me through it, told me what to do to get the heat going, but he checked back on us via text later that day and the next day. I am so grateful that he cared enough to give his best effort and advised us through a very difficult situation and even checked on us afterwards. Talk about going above and beyond! He has furthered our trust in Glanz & Buffat and we will continue on as loyal customers. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Kelly!

They were great. QUICKLY available, arrived on time, called to let us know they were on the way, did great work for my mother in law and came in under the estimate they provided her. I will use them again. It's hard to find service like this, these days.

I am VERY pleased with Glanz and Buffat’s customer service. They are responsive, detailed, and thorough. Recently they installed a new furnace and AC; afterwards I found my basement in better shape than when they started! I highly recommend!
