I recently had the pleasure of working with Frank and HVACPRO, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Their team was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with my HVAC system, and they did so at a very reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised with how affordable their services were, considering the high level of expertise they provided.

I also appreciated the fact that they were very transparent and communicative throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my HVAC system, the steps they would take to fix it, and the costs involved.

Frank, Jason, and the rest of the crew were very responsive and helped get my system back and running during the very cold temperatures. They showed up on time, were respectful of my home by wearing "booties", and took time to explain in detail everything being done. I received fantastic service at my business location. My office A/C went out. I had a DIFFERENT local company take a look at it. The tech told me I'd need to replace the entire system. When they didn't follow up for several days, I called HVACPro. They came out and realized the system was just low on freon, which they fixed. They also showed me some games the other company played to ensure I'd replace the system. I'll take honesty and integrity every time. HVACPro saved me from making a mistake that would have cost thousands of dollars. I highly recommend HVACPro.

Our heat broke right around the holidays during a very cold winter storm. HVACPRO responded right away and had everything fixed in no time. We are so grateful they were able to help us stay warm for the holidays. I would highly recommend!

This company installed 7 Daiken Mini-split AC / Heating units.
I built a new home on the Ohio river and above the 100 year flood plain. I could not put a conventional package in so they installed these seven units... no easy task !! I love them. I had an issue with one of them with a leak, even though the unit was outside of the warranty, the owner replaced it with a new one any way.

Called them on Christmas eve because I had no heat. Kevin the service technician came right out and had me up in going in no time. I highly recommend them and their prices were very reasonable.
