Jarboe's were wonderful. Very patient and reassuring. The tech that came out here initially was very understanding, professional, and had integrity. The techs that installed my ac unit were great. Very professional. My unit is in the crawlspace, and they had to do some extra things to get the new unit to fit in there. It was tough, but they persevered. Great company and great people! Will definitely recommend.

Ron Taylor did an amazing job the other day! He even called me earlier than my scheduled appointment time to tell me they had a cancellation and could arrive earlier if I preferred.

He was respectful of my home by wearing shoe protection

He did a full evaluation even though my only requested repair was on the outside ac unit.

He left my ac unit better than what it was before he arrived.

He was very professional the whole time and personable. And he didn’t try to up sale me like all the other companies have in the past. He only did what I agreed upon with the upfront costs.

I will definitely be using Jarboes again in the future. They’re always the best service you can get.. I’ve had several different companies come in the past, but no one tops Jarboes in Service repair cost and customer service.

He arrived a little over 30 minutes He was very friendly, polite and efficient.
Extremely nice young man.
He repaired a leak within the Bathroom Faucet.
He also loosened the impossibly tight cut off tap, below the sink

Technician Parker Hodge did the visit on Monday and he did an amazing job. He was on time, professional and friendly. After running the cable once he felt that didn't fix the issue fully, so he ran the cable again which ensured that the line was clear. We really love this company and would recommend highly for any plumbing issue.

The technician who came out was all of the above. His name was Parker Hodge. He was very kind and explained the reasoning for using an auger. I would definitely recommend Jarboe to my friends and family a thousand times over. I recommend you clone this young man and give him a raise!!! Exceptional help is difficult to find these days.

Jarboe's courteous technicians arrived approximately 2 hours after my initial call to them. They readily diagnosed my clogged drain issue, and quickly solved the problem. It's also great that the reasonable cost included a one year guarantee towards a possible future stoppage. I would DEFINITELY call them first with any other issues.

Glad that the service was able to come out the same day. They charged a lot for changing out 2 valves. The technician pointed out that there was an additional issue with the water heater and he was right about that. When LG & E came out to turn the gas back on they said that the Jarboe’s technician did not close out the valves and gas was leaking as a result. Luckily, the LG and E technician was nice enough to tighten the valves himself otherwise we would’ve had to get the company to come back and wait longer to be able to get gas. For the price that was charged for the service my family felt that the technician needed to do the job properly and not leave the valves loose.

1st time ever having to call a plumber and was glad I chose Jarboe's. Our technician Parker was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Our toilet and shower were clogged. When he left they were both fixed and cleaned. It is also backed with a year warranty and if they have to come back within the year they will unclog 1 time for free. Thank you Jarboe's and Parker. If I need a plumber in the future I will definitely call again.
