Glanz and Buffat Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling

We are a home renovation company here in Louisville and have been using Glanz and Buffat as our HVAC company for many years. They are fabulous!! They are customer focused and provided excellent service and equipment. Their extensive knowledge and experience with HVAC helps me feel relaxed and cared for --- a very valuable feeling! The installation and repair crews are top notch and attentive. The office staff is knowledgeable and ready to help. As a renovator I look for price comparisons on occasion and Glanz and Buffat HVAC win every time! Great service, great products, great customer service, great pricing!! A definite yes!

I called in the morning, spoke with a person and someone came at a time that was convenient for us. Best thing about the visit, we were not trying to be sold ANYTHING.

Our existing HVAC was repaired then Sam & Lee provided instructions on how to keep our system working to keep our home cool.

They got us an appointment for the next day, showed up on time. (Which is rare these days) to fix our A/C.
Kelly was great to work with. He diagnosed the issue and made the repair. Knowledgeable, personable & efficient. We bought a maintenance agreement and will definitely be asking for Kelly to do the work.

Called at 10am for no heat since yesterday. Got a 4 pm appointment. Called alter and offered 12:30 instead! Very happy customer. Fixed up, cleaned up, heating back up and gone by 3pm. Great guys. Ladies at front desk also go out of their way. Cleaned up after themselves are are always kind and friendly. David was my service tech. He’s been to my home multiple times. Never cares that my house is a mess, always professional. Nicky is the lady at the front desk. She went out of her way to call the tech to see if he could come over while we were on the phone! All awesome. Will go out of my way to ask for David from now on!

I contracted Glanz Buffat to install a complete HVAC system for me including a York 2 stage variable speed furnace and an York Affinity 2 stage A/C condenser along with a new line set from the furnace A coil to the condenser. I'm pretty particular when it comes to workmanship and I can't say how pleased I am with the skill level and quality that Bobby and his crew did on the job. They also completed the job in just one day. I am also very happy with the performance of the new York system. I can feel air movement through the house that I have never felt before and the temperature is more consistent throughout. I had several estimates and Glanz Buffat was the lowest but knowing what I know now I would select them even if they weren't because of the quality job they did. Jason, the owner who did the estimates, worked with me for several days answering questions and helping me decide on which system I really wanted. All in all a great experience. Thank you guys for a job well done.

Our technician, Richard did an amazing job problem solving two tricky situations while installing our new dishwasher, kitchen faucet and drain baskets. He made it work. Amazing!

Our air conditioner has not worked since we moved into our apartment back in March of this year and we have had several people/compaines over to look and fix duct work etc, but some were not very friendly or didn't do a good job (there was cardboard in the crawl space being used as duct work and our thermostat was the wrong kind for our type of unit😑) I only know this information because of Kelly from Glanz. He was very good. 5 stars for sure. He was very nice, helpful, and informative. He has been checking in on us since he left 2 days ago to make sure everything is still doing ok. Definitely best service guy we have met since living here. If we need service again in the future, I hope he is available. We need more people like Kelly in customer service. #KindKelly❤

In the fall of 2019 I had a new heating/air system put in. I was very impressed by their workers. They were professional and were here on time! About a month ago my hot water heater broke. I called 3 companies and decided to go with these guys again basically because they had been so professional before. Wow what a amazing job they did! It was a Friday and they rushed to my home to get it done so I wouldn't have to go a weekend with no hot water. The job was done and no mess was left. The following Thursday I realized the hot water heater was leaking. I called immediately and with-in a hour they were here. Richard looked the situation over and told me I had nothing to worry about the problem was totally their fault and I would have no additional expense. They would take care of everything and they did! The drywall was removed and replaced and painted! The flooring was also taken care of! I have been through nightmare's with another companies that I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to fix things that were their fault. I am beyond pleased with this company and highly recommend them. Jon is who oversaw all the work and he is one heck of a nice guy.

Glanz and Buffat put in my new AC unit. They were extremely professional and went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the unit and their work. I worked with 4 different workers and all were courteous, friendly, and helpful. Thank you!

What a great company. Jon came and found the sewer problem with his camera,sent me a detailed estimate and we agreed to the job. Jerry and Marty came and did the job,which was major in 2 and a half days and saved me money by a little extra work. All 3 were great guys,very honest and trustworthy. Came when they said and really took care with the mess. I'll never use anyone else. A side note: I'm a member of the American Legion and we share the parking lot with Glanz. They have helped us with problems in the past at no charge! You won't be sorry for choosing them. I think their rating speaks for itself and needs more stars. Thanks again guys
