Best HVAC experience I've ever had. Compressor in outside unit went down, so I got a few quotes to repair - due to age and lack of warranty we opted to replace. Georgetown Advantage was (literally) half of the price of the competition, which saved us $3k dollars, and they were also able to install the new unit the next day! If you need repairs or installation, do yourself a favor and call these guys! Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Gene and Matt with Georgetown Advantage Air! Came home tonight to find our air out. Called at 9:20 pm, had cold air flowing through our vents again by 10:15 pm! Prompt, quick, A+ service, at a more than fair price! They have definitely gained my loyalty!

Georgetown Advantage Air just came out on a Sunday night and fixed my AC in 50 minutes from the time of my first call!!!! They were quick, courteous, and reasonably priced. I can not recommend them highly enough if you need work done on your home air unit.

I couldn't say enough good things about Gene and Georgetown Advantage Air, but I'll try....
They installed a system in my house 11 years ago, converting me from
a heating oil / AC system, to a heat pump complete system. I was very pleased with their people, pricing, and service, and they have come to my aide several times over the years with my garage AC.
When my heat pump failed on a Sunday night, (through no one's fault) I looked at the unit myself on Monday and determined that the compressor was likely seized....
On Tuesday morning I called Gene (Georgetown Advantage Air owner) and he sent Jamie out to look at my unit. Jamie troubleshot the problem and confirmed my compressor had failed. We discussed options and he called and got me pricing for a replacement of the compressor alone or on replacing the heat pump complete. He answered my questions and helped me thoughtfully consider my options. Through several follow up phone conversations with Gene, and considering the cost of a compressor to fix the old unit would have been nearly half the cost of a complete new system, I elected to have a new system installed. Gene explained my options and gave me recommendations which I felt were genuine and well advised. I could have gotten by cheaper, but elected to upgrade to a 15 Seer unit for more efficiency, and other design features built into the unit. Gene gave me what I felt was a very good and fair price, and then managed to get me scheduled for a next day (Wednesday) install, which I thought was awesome!
On Wednesday, Nate, Travis, James, and Gene came out and installed the system for me. Gene's installers are top notch men, as well as professional in their work. I never observed them taking a shortcut over doing the job right, and I truly enjoyed talking and getting to know each of them as they worked. Gene talked me through some of the design features of the system, and the quality of the heat pump, air handler, and installation, really shows.
So, I went from a phone call to Gene on a hot Tuesday morning to a comfortable house on the following Wednesday night. You can't beat that, and the added bonus was spending time with such fine folks. I consider them friends, and I feel blessed to know them.
Great Company, Caring Owner, and Service Men you want your daughter to marry..... Ha Ha.....

Without a doubt the single best experience I've ever had with getting my air fixed. AC died on us at 6:30 pm, the owner of the company showed up less than 30 mins later to meet the challenge personally. Gave my family and I our cool and peaceful evening back in no time. That's epic level quality of service in my opinion. With superb customer care to match.

Gene's technicians were busy on other jobs so he came by himself to check-out a furnace issue. He arrived within 1 hour of the call to resolve a "no Heat" issue as the outside temps were dropping readily. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me how to reset the automatic shutdown switch if there were future issues. I really appreciated his quick response and willingness to share information on how to resolve a rather simple problem. Highly recommend his business.

Matt and his team at Georgetown Advantage were a fantastic help when our heat started to go out this winter. Our HVAC system was about 15 years old, and on it's last leg. I called at 9:30pm on the coldest night of the year (to date) and Gene was able to guide my husband through turning on the emergency heat for the night. The next day, Gene came out, replaced a sensor, and gave advice about the air flow. Great gentleman and fantastic company. I highly recommend.

Their technician Jeremy was friendly and professional. He quickly found that my problem with my unit was actually due to the poor work done by the previous company that had worked on my unit. He fixed what they had messed up and cleaned my unit. He also kept my costs down. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them over the other companies in the area.

Kudos to everyone at Georgetown Advantage Air.
My wife and I just purchased our dream home in georgetown. And three days later our air quit working. We had a home warranty. So I called them, and they were no help. This was labor day weekend. Georgetown Advantage Air came out and tried to get it fixed , but it was beyond repair. They gave me a great price on a new system. Now we have air again.

BTW DON'T buy a home warranty. Especially from HMS.
