Georgetown Advantage Air

I called Advantage Air for a second opinion on my failing HVAC system. I'm glad I did, it should have been my first call. They have a great and honest staff that show up in a timely manner and listen to the customers concerns. Highly recommend.

I received conflicting advice from the 2 technicians. I don’t know who was right but I do I know I paid for two service visit instead of one. I liked the first technician on a personal level also the second guy didn’t put the cover back on my unit so I had to do it myself not the end of the world but not what I’d say exemplified great service. Luckily the price for them to come out is reasonable and the first guy put me at ease so 3 stars instead of 1

Jean came out to our house we moved into recently around 9:00 at night and fixed our heat, we are so thankful and appreciative of him coming out at night to do that for us. He was so polite and we recommend his business to anyone in need.

Weed eating and got caught in the thermostat power wire. Called Georgetown Advantage Air and they were at my house within the hour. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They checked my whole system and made sure everything was working better than it was before I cut the wire. They got to me in an hour on a Saturday! Who does that?? No one, dont call anyone else for your HVAC needs. Didnt know customer service like this still existed. Thanks again guys!

Had a 12 years old 3.5 Tom compressor not cooling when it was above 78 degrees outside. Bought a 3.5 ton Copeland compressor as a replacement. 7.5lbs of R22 freon for the entire system. Completed the job in about 2.5-3 hours. Superb job!!!

This company encompasses all these qualities. They are very professional and they listen to what I say. Everytime I've called they told me they would get to me soon. They were here faster than I thought they would be. A friend of mine recommended them and I have called them since.
I know I can trust them and that means so much to me. I actually had the owner fix my heat. When do you see that.

Very pleased with service from Georgetown Advance Air. Furnace went out on Saturday morning and was fixed by early afternoon. Matt was very thorough and professional. Will definitely use again.

Matt, Jimmy, Jason and Gene all coordinated to make sure we not only got cooling as soon as possible but that it would last. They truly care about the people they serve. They even swapped our units out because Gene felt like it might break down again and gave us another year warranty on the other unit.

The main floors HVAC stopped working at my house about a week ago so I started calling companies to get estimates and get a feel for the trustworthiness of the companies themselves.

Georgetown Air had the lowest estimate, by a wide margin at that. They showed up when they said they would. They were competent and professional. They even fixed a disconnected air return that was on my upstairs HVAC system and cleaned up the installation of said system at no extra charge.

I am not easy to please when it comes to services provided by contractors, as I am sure many of them would attest to. I was raised that if you do something you do it right, or you will have to keep doing it over until you get it right. Seems there are not many people with my mind set around now a days. This company is a rare exception. I am totally satisfied with the services that they provided, and they will be my go to HVAC company from now on.
