Georgetown Advantage Air

Absolutely wonderful service! I would highly recommend Georgetown Advantage Air. They came out very promptly on a weekend and explained everything that needed to be done very thoroughly. The crew that came out to install the new unit worked so efficiently. You could really tell they knew what they were doing. They were extremely nice and very trustworthy. They worked around my schedule and got the unit ordered and installed in less than 2 days. Very friendly and helpful people.

We added an addition to our house. Thinking we might need additional HVAC capacity we started looking into companies. We kept hearing an ad on the radio about Georgetown Advantage Air and how great they are. Also look them up on the internet and saw all the great reviews so we thought we would give them a call. This was over two weeks ago. We had them come out and inspect our system for maintenance and to discuss our needs. The first crew came out on a Wednesday 4/27/2022 looked at our unit noticed the uv bulb was blown said we needed a new one and that the old one was connected incorrectly which caused it’s short life. They said the unit should be under warranty and they were going to take care of this. Nothing yet. . Also stated they couldn’t check the pressure on the AC because it wasn’t hot enough. They came in and looked at the addition and talked to us about a ductless system. We then requested a quote. Noticed the fan on our unit was constantly running we called them back thinking they had left something running. A second crew came out two days later, Friday 4/29/2022 and found our unit was running because the humidity level was not reached per the setting selected. We again discussed the needs for our addition and the tech verified what we assumed, a larger unit was needed. We asked them to get us a quote. As of today Thursday 5/12/2022 we have had no response.
This is why you shouldn’t put faith in the reviews you see. I know this is a busy time of the year but I’m not sure how it would affect the quoting process. This to me is not how a professional company would act. Not sure I would use them now even if they gave us a quote. Very disappointed.

I normally don't write reviews but I feel obligated to speak out about Georgetown Advantage Air. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and well, kind. They really care about thier customers. Example, I felt like something seemed off with my thermostat. He put one of his on, told me to hold onto mine and see if that makes a difference. He didn't try to sell it to me, no strings. Oh and because of a simple silly clerical error (he better not yell at her! 😆) , he added freon for free! Seriously! Who does that?!? This is why I can say they care more about thier customers then they do about money. They will talk to you and answer any crazy questions. If this review gets one person to hire them, I promise you won't be disappointed. Oh, and you can't bet thier price! I am soooo grateful a friend recommended them to me. I would highly recommend them to everyone! They are so friendly and very helpful!! The first place we had come look at our unit told us it needed to be replaced and it would be 9,000 dollars. Well Gene the owner of Georgetown advantage air found a leak and told us it didn’t need to be replaced and is saving us so much money! He took the time to actually look and help us and was so nice. The techs are also very nice.

I have two HVAC units one for down stairs and one for upstairs. My upstairs unit fan quit working. I called Georgetown Advantage and they were out within the hour. They had the problem figured out in 5 mins, said they had the part and needed a new fan motor. They went to the shop and were back in a few with the part and had it repaced and working in less than an hour. They even took the extra time to clean each unit. They were very fast and efficient. The cost was very reasonable for the service. Very grateful for their services.

Georgetown Advantage Air replaced my ac system at a good price and were very professional about it. I had questions a week after it was done and they responded immediately. I am very happy and recommend using them highly.

Absolutely best service I have ever received from a repair company. Matt and Nate went out of there way and came out immediately when our air went out on a 90 degree day. Our part did have to be ordered, was ordered immediately, and it came in quickly. They came out the day the part came in and fixed our air to perfection. Great communication, price, and services. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Experience, our Air conditioner is over 21 years old. Instead of trying to sell us a néw unit, they came and repaired it for 200$. I highly recommend them. Family owned company and the owner himself did the repair. Came a day early and super friendly ☺️

Matt was super professional, timely, and honest. He came out and within 24 hours and had parts ordered and air running when competitors said we we need a $7k replacement. Highly recommend their services

It was hot! I had called a company and was put on a waiting list. My husband and I are elderly and have health issues. I found Georgetown Advantage Air on the web and then remembered they had fixed my neighbors AC. I saw they were open 24/7 and gave them a call. Even though it was after 8 pm, they sent out their tech. My unit was unable to be repaired. It was 17 years old and had served us well, but its days were done. Corey and James called there boss Gene and they worked out a solution for us that went above and beyond your normal repair service. I think they helped save our lives. I will forever call James and Corey my angels in the blue shirts. The company installed a brand new Rheem air conditioner for us. It is in the attic and was not an easy job. James, Corey, Travis, Nathan and Austin did an excellent job! They were kind, courteous, and professional. They cleaned up every little mess and the big ones too. They were thoughtful of my home and didn't bump walls or scratch floors. There prices were extremely reasonable too. They even fixed a problem left by the builder install that I had been wanting fixed for years. My home is now cool and quiet. I could not be more impressed or satisfied!
