Wonderful!!! A really nice man!!! Caring professional… thoughtful!!! Considerate of my home and his cleanliness… above all this man was honest!!! I will only use Polar heating because of employees like him!!!

PolarBear always does a great job installing and repairing our a/c’s and furnaces on our rental units and our house. They are very knowledgeable and quickly get the job done.

A more courteous and knowledgeable technician would be difficult to find.
Answered and explained every question and went beyond the call of duty to get the
job done and done as soon as possible.

Excellent service and friendly. Technician was knowledgeable and professional. Had part on hand. Was able to repair in approximately an hour. Very happy with this company. Will definitely be using them in the future for any maintenance needs.

My condenser motor went out. I needed a new cooling system. My only complaint is the time I had to wait for the new system. The guys are great and dealt with my dogs. In less than one day I am ready to go.

I cannot recommend them enough for HVAC problems. We’ve had them out to the house multiple times since buying it and I’ve never had the slightest feeling that they didn’t know exactly what was wrong. They’ve also never failed to surprise me with how far they are willing to go out of their way to get us taken care of.

In short, if there is an issue with your HVAC or you think something may become an issue, call them. You’re not going to find better help and you will be glad that you called.
