I've been with this business for over 20 years and through 3 different owners. They've always been good to deal with. Rony the office manager is always friendly and courteous and wants to make sure your service needs are met.

The best. Staff is super friendly and the service is top notch. We use Polar Bear for our yearly maintenance on the heating and air system they installed. We have only had to use the after hours Emergency service a time or two. The tech was out in about an hour after calling. Only company I would highly recommend!

Excellent and fast service. This was my first experience with Polar Bear Heating & Air. Their after hour phone service responded quickly on this humid July day. I will only be taking my business to Polar Bear from here on out.

Michael did a fantastic job repairing our furnace. He is knowledgeable , respectful and a great representative of The Polar Bear company. With them you always get a prompt response, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Michael was very respectful and awesome. He cleaned and put my AC back together. Diagnosed what I needed in a fast manner. Great company and also felt comfortable with him in my home.

David did a great job repairing my AC unit. He was there at the appointment time set. He was very professional and friendly.

Called Polar Bear Heating and Cooling around 9am to see when someone could come out and check our system because it wouldn’t come on. They were able to send someone out between 1pm-3pm the same day. David was here right around 1pm. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. He even looked up to see if our unit was still under warranty before we paid. It wasn’t but the price for the part was all we owed. We will definitely be recommending them to our family and friends.

Dave was on time, very professional, and very helpful with all of my services and any questions that I had. I have had a few experiences with polar bear heating and cooling and everyone exceeds my expectations from getting me financed to the installation to the maintenance, which is what this visit entailed a maintenance check and a filter replacement. I would highly recommend and use this company again.
